Built in 1965, the house (3 rooms, kitchen, sauna, toilet) is located in Finnish Lapland in the natural and peaceful village of Kaukonen near Kittilä. Kaukosa is home to the famous Särestöniemi Art Museum. At Villa Magia, you can admire ceramics, unique clothes, and jewelry. In early June, Kaukos hosts the Silence Festival. Near Yllästunturi, Lainio has Snow Village, a snow village and hotel. The distance from the property is 40 km (35 min) to Levitunturi, 26 km to Yllästunturi and 20 km to Snow Village.

An escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life awaits you in our idyllic tupa-sauna on the shore of Muonionjoki. This is my own design, self built. The cozy and traditional log cabin offers a unique vacation in the lap of nature. There is no disturbing city lights or sounds. Enjoy complete silence Enjoy the gentle steams in the wooden sauna and a refreshing swim directly in the river. You can see the northern lights right from the terrace or in bed. In the fall even swim as they flare.

Spring invites skiing or ice-fishing. Witness Europe's largest river ice breakup in May. Summer offers fishing and swimming in the clear arctic waters. Fall offers hiking and berry picking in Europe's cleanest forests. Centrally located in Pello, it serves as your base for exploring Lapland and Sweden.

Small cabin by the pond - own sauna and nature

Idyllinen pieni saunallinen hirsimökki, yksityisellä lammen rannalla. Sijaitsee rauhallisessa kylässä napapiirin läheisyydessä. Mökki sijaitsee lähellä hiljaista tietä, mutta silti omassa rauhassaan. Pihassa saattaa vierailla kettu, jänis tai vaikka poro. Mökki sijaitsee noin tunnin ajomatkan päässä Rovaniemen lentokentältä luonnonkauniissa kylässä järvineen, kukkuloineen ja harjuineen. Huskysafareita talvella vain parin minuutin päässä. Kohde sopii sinulle joka arvostat luonnon rauhaa.

Lapland Lights - Lakeside Cottage in Svanstein

Welcome to 'Lapland Lights' - our cosy cottage in the friendly village of Svanstein, 10km north of the Arctic Circle. Stunningly located on the shore of lake Kuittasjärvi, Lapland Lights is a peaceful base for fishing and outdoor adventures in summer, and for skiing, husky tours and reindeer safaris in the winter. And, of course, ideal for spotting the Northern Lights! The house is newly renovated and in the outbuilding is a traditional wood-fired sauna with gorgeous views over the river.

Cottage near Santa Claus Village

A cosy cottage in a beautiful area only a 30min drive from the city centre. You can set up a bonfire by the stream, listen to the magic sounds of the nature and watch the sky. This is one of the best places in town to see the Aurora Borealis.Now they are at their best and you can see them just looking out of the window inside the cottage!The cottage is right next to the river Ounasjoki.The cottage is only a short distance from the city center but you will be just like different world.
