The apartment has its own gate with lock and parking area, and has a small garden in front. The property is sparkling clean, well-kept and has tasteful touches throughout I felt right at home. The kitchen was fully functional and we had no trouble preparing full meals. Miko was very responsive and patient with my numerous queries and even when I forgot about the check in instructions. Geneveve was very helpful and available throughout our stay. I recommend this place and will stay here again.”

What guests are saying:“Super clean, nothing more, fully consistent with the description. Asian bathroom - no shower or bath for you, a bucket with a ladle, but the tap water runs warm. Very responsive owner, she told and showed everything. Allowed to leave backpacks for early check-in and late check-out. Across the road there is a good Thai cafe, though it only works until 15.00, several home shops are nearby, cheap laundry is higher up the street. Does not match the mark on the Airnb map, the difference is almost 4 km. Convenient for those who move in their car, bike or taxi. For lovers of a walk - far from the center - a jeepney or trisicle to help. Jeepney 8.5 pesso to SM Iloilo.”

What guests are saying:“2nd time around and it was even better than the 1st time we stayed here! We work online and Art set up a little work station for me. I definitely was not expecting that! His helper offered laundry services for a reasonable fee (super nice of her!), and Art also offered to bring us to the airport also for a reasonable fee, since we might not have made it to the airport in time due to the weekend traffic. There's more! Turns out our flight was canceled so I made a quick call to Art and he went back to the airport to pick us up again. Above-and-beyond! The whole family, including Waffles-the-adorable-dog made us feel welcome. The place was utterly clean as always, and everything we needed was there. Topnotch! We will most definitely stay here again next time we visit Iloilo!”
