Close to padel courts, tennis courts, miniature golf. No pets allowed. Sheets/towels are brought yourself, but can be rented for SEK 100/person. Events/parties are not allowed. Summertime there are 5 restaurants close by.(3 in the wintertime) Perfect for catching some sun, relaxing, vindsurfing, kitesurfing, nice walks in the beautiful area, tennis, paddle, minigolf or chilling and barbecuing on the patio. The little white guest house on our villa plot is 25 sqm big and contains most amenities you need for a few nights. Outside you will find a small undisturbed patio with the raspberry land as a neighbor and overlooking the entire garden. Quiet area close to Svartån.
