Warning: Expect to be swept off your feet. Moving forward, Kim & Ariel's hospitality is going to be incredibly hard to match. Hosting at it's finest. There was no detail overlooked by these two. They are Super kind, attentive, easy-going, generous, respectful, considerate and fun. They've been in the area a long time so their To-Do recommendations were on point. I recommend their recommendations. And If that isn't enough to induce heart bubbles, there are amenities galore to add to either the fun or to your relaxation. The Humble abode is loaded with goodies and comfort. It was very clean, well-kept, very well organized and stocked with a Keurig and toaster. Everything was functional: stove, microwave, HVAC, ceiling fans, tv, lights, remotes, fridge, toilets, showers,WIFI. Everything. There were two additional inflatable mattresses available if needed. Great location. Very comfortable king bed. Peaceful and walkable location. We loved sitting out on the balcony.

D’Anna is an awesome host and she worked very hard to handle all our questions and situations and made the whole experience the best we have ever had. The condo was in a great location that is away from the main road and very close to one of the pools in the complex. Everything was clean and in great condition. Everyone in our group said the beds were very comfortable. I normally don’t sleep well the first night when away from home but I didn’t have that problem this time. Highly recommended this condo.

We really enjoyed our stay and will always look for her accomidations when looking in the future for more stays and mini vacations. She responded in a timely manner and always answered my questions when I needed her. She also tried to save me a dollar when she could.

This is our second year for staying at Kim's place. This year we stayed for three (3) weeks and found everything just as great as the previous year. Kim is great at communicating and responded quickly to any question we might have. The house is in a beautiful location, very peaceful and quiet. Hardly every heard anything from any of the neighbors. Street was great to walk especially down to the small lake at the end of the street. Centrally located to both sides of the island. The house itself had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and exactly as pictured. The screened in back porch is great to avoid any of the small insects. We liked it so much that we have already booked our return visit in 2026!!

The location was perfect! Unit exactly as described. Loved that the unit was a few steps away from the playground! The pools are nice. I appreciated the laundry detergent and bath soap/shampoo/conditioner!! The AC will not go below 70°, but that wasn’t an issue for us. I would definitely stay there again!

This is the first year, we had a lengthy stay in this C3 unit and it was wonderful ! From the time we walked in, it was a great experience. Upon arrival, a nice note was left to" enjoy our stay" , and a few bottles of water and ice were available to us. The condo had a pleasant scent/fragrance and was so clean when we walked in. The unit itself was very updated and nicely decorated. The kitchen was very well stocked with utensils and dishes etc. Nice to have a Keurig coffee machine that had a choice for a pot of coffee, or use with pods. Location of this unit was great for walking to the pier, beach and many restaurants and the sunshine we had sitting on our patio was wonderful. The king size bed is very comfortable, and lots of room for items in the walk in closet and dresser drawers. Extras that were there for our use were, clothes drying rack, 2 extra folding chairs for outside use , ironing board & iron, and hair dryer. Jodi was a great host, and we loved our stay.

We had a last minute cancellation in Amelia Island due to flooding. We found this house as we pivoted and thankful we did! It was such a nice improvement for what we originally booked. It was just two of us and a dog, but I plan on bringing my family back as they had lots of space for more! The backyard is fenced in for a dog. Perfect location for driving to adventures and restaurants. Mary is so quick to respond and really saved our weekend!! Thank you again and I look forward to staying here again!!
