Over 100 years old stockhouse in a little village in the archipelago of Maxmo in Vöyri. The atmosphere is calm and quiet in the village. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. You get by with english very well.

The fitness center offers spa, restaurant, and great indoor and outdoor sports. The apartment is a bright, sauna-style studio with a big glazed balcony. A double bed in the bedroom and a double sofa bed in the living room. In the kitchen, oven, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer, micro, toaster, tea kettle, and coffee maker.

Downstairs, there is a sauna and laundry room, as well as a kitchen with a TV and a sofa bed. Steep stairs lead to the upper floor. Pets are welcome in the cottage with their owners, but they should not be left alone in the cottage for a long time.
