Over 100 years old stockhouse in a little village in the archipelago of Maxmo in Vöyri. The atmosphere is calm and quiet in the village. The place is 10 km from the local center and 40 km from the city center of Vaasa, the capital of the Pohjanmaa/Österbotten county. The region is about 50:50 bilingual finnish-swedish speaking, but the archipelago is nearly 100 % Swedish speaking. Many people speak both languages. English is a common foreign language. You get by with english very well.

The fitness center offers spa, restaurant, and great indoor and outdoor sports. The apartment is a bright, sauna-style studio with a big glazed balcony. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Market, cafes, restaurants and shops within a 200-meter radius. 500 meters to the railway station and 800 meters to the bus station. However, a very quiet apartment with a park view. The apartment has been renovated, the furniture is new and the materials are of high quality. We live and work in the city center, so help is close by if needed. Free parking is nearby.

My great grandfather built both the guesthouse and the main building in the 1920's.
