Villa Toscana Luxury Loft

The whole house exclusively located in Bory Dolnośląskie on the outskirts of the city. From the gate you go straight to the forest where there are beautiful bicycle and walking paths. House equipped with designer furniture, art. Fully equipped kitchen. Closeness to nature, wild animals, beautiful music and a fireplace. For cold evenings in the garden there is a tub with wood-fired water and a fireplace. Breakfast is available on request for an additional fee of PLN 65.00 per person per day.

For a short and long stay in Jawor

An excellent place for a short or longer stay in Javor. For work and for relaxation. The apartment has a comfortable bed, a kitchen equipped with an induction hob, an oven with microwave function and a refrigerator with freezer. There is a washing machine and an iron at guests' disposal. The balcony with a deckchair is a good place to relax overlooking the fields and the road with unobtrusive car traffic. Very good access to the S3 expressway (3 km) and the A4 highway. We issue invoices.

Z kubkiem kawy witasz dzień, na przestronnym tarasie, zawieszonym nad trawami jak tratwa na morzu. Podczas deszczu siadasz przy oknie z widokiem na "Śnieżkę". W zimowe wieczory rozpalasz w kominku, w letnie zasiadasz przy ogniu w towarzystwie świetlików i świerszczy. Nuda? Być może. Ale uwaga, ta nuda sprawia, że nie chce się od nas wyjeżdżać!

There is plenty of stone, wooden floors, old restored windows, a wooden staircase in the center of the house reminding you of the age of the home. There are cobwebs that appear out of nowhere. There are 5 double rooms each one with a private bathroom on the second floor of this beautiful castle to rent. In the ground floor there is a big meeting room with a huge terrace, which is for your own use, as well as the billiard room. The first floor of the castle is private, where the owners are staying. During Christmas and New Years a minimum of 2 nights rental is required!

Staniszów 40 is an ideal starting point for hikes and tours in the beautiful surrounding area. The cottage is suitable for small groups, families or friends. Cooking together or relaxing by the fireplace is fun here. We hope that our guests will only spend peaceful and happy hours in our Dzik cottage. The house is situated on a hill, close to a road with light traffic.
