Wir sind eine kleine Familie und vermieten im Souterrain unseres Wohnhauses eine kleine aber feine Ferienwohnung. Sie besteht aus einem Zimmer mit Koch-, Ess-, und Schlafbereich. Vom Schlafbereich aus geht es in ein kleines Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC. Das Bett kann man ausziehen, sodass man zu zweit darin schlafen kann. Auf Wunsch können wir ein weiteres Bett zur Verfügung stellen. Der Fernseher ist mit Satellitenanschluss ausgestattet und alle Gäste bekommen einen Gastzugang ins W-LAN.

A cozy apartment with private entrance, east terrace, garden and west balcony in a very quiet location on the outskirts of town, ideally suited for 1-2 adults. Ecological construction, very high-quality furnishings with attention to detail. Walking, hiking, cycling, swimming, excursions to the mountains, art and culture in the surrounding area and Munich, or just sitting in the garden and relaxing.

Vacation home in Steinebach am Wörthsee

The more than a hundred years old holiday home "Sonnenwinkel" in Steinebach am Wörthsee (Bavaria) is located at the end of a private branch road. The lake with good swimming opportunities and the S-Bahn to Munich are reachable in a few minutes' walk, the nearest supermarket is about 1.5 kilometers away. The house includes living room, a bedroom with a double bed, another bedroom with a single bed (access to this via the main bedroom), as well as the kitchen and a modern bathroom.

Small (approx. 25 sqm) basement apartment with private access and terrace (shared use), ideal as a craftsman's apartment. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials and offers plenty of storage space. The bathroom with window has a large shower. The single bed can be converted into a double bed and is therefore also suitable for two people. The TV is exclusively equipped with Apple TV (no SAT reception) and can be used with Netflix (own account required)

Ruhiger Ort mit gut bayerischer Wirtschaft fussläufig erreichbar. Zuganbindung 4km Entfernung und dann in 15min in München. Wohnung liegt ruhig mit kleinem Außenbereich. Sie hat eine Wohnküche mit Schlaf-Sofa und ein Schlafzimmer (1,40m Bett). Bad mit Dusche. Fenster in jedem Zimmer.

Our accommodation is located not far from Ammersee in the middle of a beautiful Bavarian village in Ampermoos. Public transport will take you to Munich in half an hour. You'll love our place because of the modern architecture in an old listed farm with a large garden. Our place is good for singles, couples, and families with children.
