We were in Springfield for a church youth conference at the BOS center. Location was great for the event and restaurants. Everything was clearly marked in kitchen and bathrooms plus the owners having some additional items supplied for use was very helpful! It’s an older home with lots of space for larger groups. Our teens loved the two games in the entryway and the large seating area in the living room was a plus also! Reasonable price for what we received! We immediately felt very comfortable; everything was as described (actually, even better!) and we felt like we were staying at an old friends house. Super clean, with everything needed if you want to prepare your own meals. It was just the two of us, so we had plenty of room. I think it would also be perfect for a small family. We felt safe and the area was quiet and convenient. We spent most of our time in Springfield, which was an easy 30 min drive. We loved being able to come back to Petersburg to relax. Highly recommend this property; the owners were a joy to work with!!

This was a neat and place. It is different from so many other places. It was fun to play all the games that were available on site. It would be really fun in the summer when you could enjoy the outside amenities. It is close to downtown and all the things to do in Springfield. We would definitely go back.

Eli is the epitome of a thoughtful, caring and considerate host! If all we brought along with us was clothing it would've been enough! There were even chocolate truffles, water, fresh fruit tray, plenty of good coffee & tea and even eggs & waffle mix! There is not enough room here to type all of the items available. Most importantly, his response time is RIGHT NOW if you text him any questions at all. I will definitely book here again when in the area. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Thank you Eli! ☺️

This was the perfect weekend spot for us! Lots of opportunities to enjoy nature and relax. The pond was much larger than we were expecting and the bonus of the Kayaks and paddle boards made the spot perfect for our needs. The place was very clean and had a great kitchen setup. Definitely look forward to a future stay there.

We have stayed at Jeff’s places several times times. Always a first class experience.
