Vacation rentals with breakfast in Jiménez

My host, David was exceptionally nice, and thoughtful. I felt a kinship with him and he was very knowledgeable about the farm and plantlife. This was one of my favorite air Bnb stays!

Andrés y su familia nos han acogido de manera increíble, atentos siempre, solícitos a cualquier problema que pudiera surgir para solucionarlo de inmediato, Andrés siempre está cerca para solucionarlo todo, sin restarle ni un ápice de intimidad a nuestra estancia. La casa es sencillamente magnífica con un maravilloso jardín muy bien cuidado, con todo lo necesario para todos los quehaceres normales de una casa; cocina, lavar la ropa; todo muy cómodo y muy espacioso, no le falta un detalle a ninguna aspecto de la casa; ropa de cama, toallas, utensilios para cocinar… cualquier cosas que uno necesite, la casa lo tiene. Nosotros fuimos por trabajo y solo podemos decir que el marco para trabajar es incomparable, por lo espacioso del lugar y lo bien situado para acceder a todas las áreas de la Gran Área Metropolitana de San José. Además tiene tiendas y supermercados cerca lo que facilita mucho la logística diaria. Solo podemos recomendar este lugar tan maravilloso y especial y lo único que nos da lástima es no haber tenido más tiempo libre para disfrutar de ese magnífico espacio ideal para recorren Costa Rica y tener un punto de referencia desde donde poder desplazarse por todo el país…. La próxima vez así lo haremos…. Ya que ¿Qué mejor sitio desde donde conocer y recorrer todo el país…? ¡Muchísimas gracias de corazón Andrés y a tu familia!

Una piacevole sorpresa. L'alloggio è curato, l'host molto disponibile e veloce nella risposta. Siamo state accolte con molta cura e attenzione. Raccomandiamo altamente il soggiorno!

A acomodação superou as expectativas, tanto que retornei após passar alguns dias em La Fortuna. A anfitriã sempre gentil e solícita… prepara um excelente café da manhã, com a tradição Costa riquenha. Dois lordes pets, só carinho…um jardim aconchegante, nem dá vontade de sair…enfim, um local mega aconchegante em SAN JOSÉ.

I will think fondly and memorably about my time at Bogana house for the rest of my days. I met so many fun, interesting and genuinely kind people during my stay there. Paula, the resident house-mom is incredible! If there were a world championships for being a house-mom then Paula would be the undisputed world champion of the world. She's like the Michael Phelps of house-moms. Paula is there for whatever you may need, she is hilarious to talk with and I am so glad I had the opportunity to get to know her. The house is very well located with whatever you may need in walking distance. Her family also could not be kinder. I'd like to make a special shoutout to her son Daniel, who is the most well behaved teenager I've ever encountered and a very interesting and awesome person. Evangeline is highly responsive and I got the sense she is also a natural and intuitive caregiver. You will be in great hands with these ladies! The house itself is truly amazing! I can't wait to visit again soon!!!

This was a great place to stay, we would definitely do it again! The communication process before arrival was good. The caretakers were very friendly and very helpful. The house was huge, luxurious, and had amazing views. All and all our family had a great couple of days at the house. Having said all of that, there were a few cons: -The road to get to the place was horrible, it was muddy with a lot of potholes. -There are chickens in the back yard. Some people might like that, but the rooster would crow in the middle of the night and wake us up. -The house was "surface" cleaned, but it could definitely use a deep clean. The fridge was dirty, there was a lot of dust and dirt under furniture, etc.

I loved staying at Victoria's house!! She arranged for me to be picked up from and dropped off at SJO. The rooms are beautiful and clean. She is a very kind, thoughtful and attentive host. And the best part was - I actually enjoyed meeting other Airbnb guests at her house! She is a former SF expat in Costa Rica who is well-travelled and attracts people with similar great vibes!!! I enjoyed my tea time conversations with her, and I loved hanging out with her fuzzy cute cat! 👍❤️ Highly recommend!! Book your rooms two months in advance.

This was my second stay in Gustavo's place. Gustavo is an amazing host, and one of the best hosts that I've experienced on Airbnb. He is very responsive, and provides many toiletries that other places did not provide. The apartment is big, clean and has an amazing view. The apartment is in a good location and has many things that are walkable. I would definitely stay in Gustavo's place again.

Suites con excelente ubicación en la sabana. Al rededor supermercados y restaurantes.

I just needed a quick and easy one night stay. It was easy to find and easy to get in. I got a hair cut just around the corner, had a wonder night sleep and a nice shower. The place was easy to access. Also the rain sounds on the roof were very soothing for my night sleep.

Pour une nuit, logement parfait ! Transition parfaite entre notre arrivé au Costa Rica et la route pour Tortugero ! Nous avons pris l’option petit déjeuné et c’était parfait pour se mettre directe dans l’ambiance (typique et très bon) Très bonne communication avec Esther, elle a répondu à toutes mes questions.

Anudrina's place is immaculately clean, private, and beautifully designed. Check-in and check-out were effortless, making the stay stress-free. Despite being a challenging guest due to delayed flights from both me and my travel companion, Anudrina went above and beyond to find solutions when I couldn’t. I even accidentally set off the smoke detector while microwaving naan, and she reassured me not to worry, handling the situation with grace and understanding. I read most reviews and others noted the noise and view. Construction did take place during working day hours, but it didn't bother me as I was in and out a lot. The view is of the new apartment building, but from the bedroom I lifted the shades and enjoyed the night lit view over the city and the top of the hill what appears to be a volcano. I highly recommend her place and hospitality!

This B&B is gorgeous!!! The room was comfortable with an in suite bathroom. There’s a terrace where you can relax that’s absolutely stunning. I ordered dinner the night I stayed and it was delicious, as was the breakfast (huge portions). Laurie was helpful in arranging airport transfer which was only a 15 minute drive from her place. It’s a quiet neighborhood and great place to stay if you want to be near the airport or away from the craziness of downtown San Jose.

we stayed in Casa Mano De Tigre's just for a day. its an amazing property, we will plan longer trip later soon. highly recommend for everyone

Ruth und Andreas ist mit ihrer Finca Chiribita ein perfekter Mix gelungen: drei Bungalows in reduziertem Schwarz-Weiß- Design stehen in gekonnt gebändigter Natur. Schon beim Aufwachen schaut man durch die Fensterfront auf das Tal mit seinem üppigen Grün. Auf der Terrasse kann man Stunden nur mit Schauen verbringen. Ruth beantwortet zugewandt alle Fragen, Andreas entpuppt sich als Spitzenbäcker: jeden Morgen gibt es auf der Terrasse ihres Wohnhauses ein köstliches Frühstück mit frischem, selbst gemachten Brot und vielen Früchten. Auch wer ohne Auto unterwegs ist, kommt per Uber von dort schnell ins Orosi-Tal oder nach Cartago.

Diese Unterkunft war sehr besonders, vor allem wegen der netten Gastfreundschaft von Nano (Orlandos Vater). Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und wirklich einen Freund dazu gewonnen. Die Unterkunft ist etwas einfacher und rustikaler, aber bietet alles was man braucht. Gemütliches Ambiente, tolle Aussicht. Nano bereitete uns für einen Aufpreis ein leckeres Frühstück und Abendessen zu. Wir waren vom Essen und den tollen Gesprächen begeistert. Absolut zu empfehlen.

Miejsce znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy, można czuć się bezpiecznie i zaledwie 10 minut do większego centrum handlowego. Śniadania kontynentalne przepyszne, obsługa życzliwa, uśmiechnięta i wspierająca gości. Pokoje czyste, zadbane. Jeżeli wrócimy do San Jose to także do Casa Lima. :)

When we come to San Jose, we will absolutely stay here again! Over and over! There’s no simple words to express how welcomed and cared for we felt our entire stay. This place to stay was better than a hotel and honestly any Airbnb! Diego and his staff went completely out of their way to help us in every way. The staff was amazing and got to meet his precious wife the last morning as they accommodated our early check out. When we left I felt like we were leaving family.
