Perfect place for families and small groups—the location is very quiet and private. We enjoyed our stay and will come back!

Lovely hidden gem. Set in a beautiful and peaceful countryside. Ideal for people who want to visit Telč and need to sleep over one night somewhere nearby. Only downside is size of the kitchen, which is really small.

We were extremely satisfied. Viktor is a very nice host, accommodating, helpful.. The holiday cottage he rents is very tasteful, comfortable and practically furnished (well-equipped kitchen). The surroundings of the cottage are very romantic, even nicer than in the photos. It attracts beautifully to lounging, idling, bathing in a barrel with warm water until night, going for a beer and a great dinner opposite to a small pub... but the landlord will also advise you on how to bike, where there is a pond for swimming... just such secrets of the region that you can't find on the map. We definitely want to come back here and thank you so much for a lovely long weekend.

Great place to stay, as expected. Nearby town Jindrichuv Hradec is great, there is a lot of choice for us as a family with children. Overall happy with the stay and can recommend it to others.

My friends and I felt so comfortable - we had wonderful days in this beautiful house. There was one more bedroom than expected and therefore also really enough space to retreat. It was also well equipped and extremely lovingly and tastefully furnished. It had similarities to an Italian country house. Also the communication and reception of Beatrice was really warm and nice. I really can't think of anything negative and would come back immediately ✨✨🙏🏻🌠

I was on a petidenni vacation with bike paths and pesi hiking. The cabin was clean and the equipment responded to the description. The water is not drinking, but 4 petilitrove barely with drinking water was prepared. We used the tap water for hygiene, cooking, and washing, and there was no problem. It was quite warm on the top floor, so I transferred the mattress to the living room where the gauc was being decomposed, and we slept all down. It was also during high daytime temperatures relatively pleasant. Great, bike trails in the immediate vicinity, the possibility of bathing and dog climbing. Satisfied for us!

We stayed with our family and everyone was excited to go. The cottage is superbly located, gives you privacy, and is perfect for a large group of people. The host has always responded and advised quickly, and thank you for your flexibility with check-in and checkout times. 🍀

The host responded quickly to messages, greeted us when we arrived, and briefly showed where it was. Kada has already been heated up. The cottage did not lack board games for children and adults, toys from car to plush, slippers (these were needed, especially on the ground floor where the tiles are cool), 3 pieces of bathrobes, capsules for the coffee maker (15kč), full kitchen equipment. Plenty of storage. The land has uneven terrain, lots of stairs, not very suitable for the smallest children. Older kids loved the playhouse.

Lovely little house on the lake, great fireplace and quiet location. Highly recommend.
