Vacation rentals with a patio in Joachimsthal

It was all to our satisfaction. We were 4th with 2 small children there. Carola was super nice and loves children. We didn't have to worry if a child was crying or complaining, which took a lot of tension. The apartment was great, we had everything we needed there. If you need anything, please let Carola know. Franziska’s apartment is absolutely wonderful! It’s incredibly beautiful, cozy, and decorated with so much love and attention to detail—you can really feel the care that went into it. Nothing is missing, and I felt completely at home from the very first moment. The location is also fantastic, just a short walk to Mauerpark and surrounded by lovely little cafés. I would definitely come back anytime!

Great stay for a girls trip. Lots of space in bathrooms for 5 girls to get ready. And the beds were very comfortable. We loved the neighborhood it was charming and nice. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again.

We loved escaping to this place for a couple of nights. The apartment is lovely and cozy and close to lakes for a nice winter walk.

A magnificent spot of earth 🤩 The garden shed by Wiebke and Matthias is very clean, cozy and stylishly furnished. The location is perfect to make great excursions in the area. Breakfast on the great terrace in the morning overlooking the beautifully landscaped garden...a day can't start better. Dear Wiebke, Dear Matthias, Thank you for the great time with you. We have stayed here before and felt at home. The kitchen is well equipped and there is a comfortable lounge for relaxing in.

We had the pleasure of spending 5 days in an impressive villa. The location was quiet, ideal for a relaxing break. The villa itself was spacious, modernly furnished and immaculately clean. Particularly noteworthy are the spacious pool area and the beautiful terrace, which invite you to spend relaxing hours.

Very cute, light-filled little house with a small garden in a cozy holiday home area. We had a lovely time there.

Beautiful cottage, we were 4 people and we had a lot of space. Kitchen was fully furnished, living room cozy, spacious bathroom and second toilet, and also the bedrooms were spacious. In the summer you will also be able to sit outside under the veranda or in the garden, now at Christmas that was a bit fresh. There were cozy Christmas decorations everywhere. The beds were already made and there were plenty of towels available, even tea towels and dish soap. WiFi works well, and there were several TVs, but we didn't wear them. In addition, Heike is also a very friendly host, so as far as we are concerned, recommended and subject to repetition. Thanks again Heike!

Carola's place was a great place to stay. It was extremely walkable to the train and grocery stores, and the neighborhood itself was a nice place to walk around and had a fun playground for kids. The place looks exactly like the pictures. I was a little concerned at first that the kitchen is relatively small and there's no living room -- this might be a bit of a problem if you plan to spend most of your time at the house, but if you're out and about all day, then it's not a problem. There's also a nice outdoor space you could make use of if the weather is nice. Carola herself is great, she was extremely helpful in finding any items we needed to make our stay more comfortable, even tracking down a high chair when we needed one.

Our stay at Kendra and Martin´s place was fantastic. It was impeccably clean with the highest quality construction and delightful aesthetic with everything with a lovely vintage vibe. The space was luminous and had a separate bedroom which gave a homey feel. A private back garden was also beautiful maintained and very pretty. We loved the space! The only thing I would mention is that if you are planning on visiting without your own car, it is a bit tricky. Bus service passes almost in front of the house, but it is infrequent and a walk of 2 km is needed to get to the grocery store. We didn´t mind at all, but we love to walk, and the springtime in the fields was beautiful! Kendra and Martín were always super fast to respond to any questions or requests and they even let us stay a little over to accomodate our ride to the airport. We would definitely come back and hope to soon!

The apartment is super equipped and has everything you need. You are very private and at the same time the host is always available. Mirco is a great host who explains everything in detail and likes to give tips for the area. I felt very comfortable and can recommend the host and accommodation without reservation.

Markus and Kristina's apartment is just beautiful! We came together this weekend for a family reunion - 4 generations No matter which generation - whether over 80 years old or 16 years old - everyone was thrilled from the first moment! For our little ones, as well as for the big ones, there were toys and reading material - we noticed an open heart for children everywhere We would be happy to come back any time! Thanks to the whole family!

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment! It's very quiet despite being in a busier area with great public transport very close by. It was really clean and we felt right at home. The sauna was also definitely a highlight. We would love to stay here again when we come next time!

The place is really nice and cozy. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, it is easy to reach from public transport and also easy to reach the city center. I really recommend it and would definitely visit again.

Ideal location in a wonderful neighborhood. Very walkable area near public transportation. There were many restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. A lovely apartment with huge windows, lots of natural light, and birds chirping in the courtyard. We enjoyed our stay very much. Nadia provided excellent check-in instructions with pictures which was very helpful.
