The Neilsen House is quaint, comfortable, and family friendly. This listing is for the suite which is separated from the rest of the house and has a private entrance. The main part of the house can be rented as well. The Nielsen House is an historic residence in the center of Ferron. It is a couple miles from Millsite Golf Course and Reservoir and close to desert, mountains and rock cliffs. ATV's can be ridden right from the house to explore the area.
“The Nielsen home was once my great grandparents place. How fun it was to be able to come and reminisce on days gone by. And what an amazing job Merlin and family have done with the home and surroundings. Clean, spacious and everything you need for a great stay. THANK YOU!”

“This place is such an amazing stay! We loved the swing outside and the fire pit for making s’mores. We grilled burgers and pizzas on the grill and Connie was very attentive. The peace and quiet away from the city was just what we were looking for. We even caught a flick at the drive-in movie. Thanks so much for the amazing weekend away.”
This is a nice mobile home located on a private ranch. It can serve guests wishing to explore the beautiful geologic formations of the San Rafael swell. It is on county road 801 and is just 2 miles north of county road 803 known as the Moore cut off road. The Moore cut off road features a series of some of Utah's most famous geologic formations. You can see some of the same spectacular rocks found in Arches, Canyonlands, Capitol Reef, and Dinosaur National Monument, but without the crowds.
“This is all function. My husband and I stayed overnight here, while traveling west on a road trip. Due to Moore's zero light pollution, minimal population, and a location with many off road trails near bluffs and vistas this was the perfect spot. You will see some of the best stars and the milky way! With that being said, it is remote, it is a trailer. No frills but super clean. The bed is comfortable and the shower is hot. Kitchen was well equipped if you were staying longer maybe for a hunting trip. Thanks Ginette!”
