The lake house - our gem!

Sjöstugan - our pearl right by the lake! Private house with sleeping loft, kitchen, beautiful large room with fireplace and view of the lake. Wood-fired sauna with a dip in the lake right next door. Hot tub on the jetty - always warm. Swimming dock 5 meters outside the door. Access to a boat. If you want to buy a fishing license, contact the host. Wood for the fireplace and sauna is included. The yard is fenced all the way to the lake and our Beagle dog Vide is often loose outside. He's nice. Use of bed linens and towels, as well as cleaning, is included.

Cottage on the mainland at Karlshamn's archipelago, neighboring both forest and sea. Big garden for playing. Short walking distance to archipelago boat, swimming and small jetty. Neighbors are nearby, summer cottage opposite. Our cottage was built around 1970 with a newly-renovated kitchen and refreshed in the rest of the house. The bathroom is of an older model with plastic mat and panel.

Welcome to our charming cottage, in the middle of the Blekinge archipelago. Relax in the Jacuzzi or have an active vacation. The ARK56 trail winds through the area. There are 4 bikes and kayaks to rent. The turbo boat goes from the harbor to several islands in the summer. 10 minutes walk to the harbor or beach. Extra beds are available if you are more than four people. Nearby are a marina, fish smokehouse and restaurants. During the summer months, you can easily get out to the islands in the beautiful archipelago with the archipelago boat from Matvik. Nice walking trails are directly adjacent to the house. For rent to well-behaved couples and families with children older than 6 years.
