“Sandy and Karl’s place was perfect for our stay in FOCO. The apartment was impeccably clean, we were treated with baked goods (insanely delicious) and truly enjoyed our cozy sleep. We felt right at home thanks to our hosts. The outdoor space is beautiful and we even had room for two people to work and not overlap during the day. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and more helpful hosts. Driveway parking available, private entrance and laundry if you need. This was a big perk for us as we had just left a few days in the wilderness! Most definitely would return. Thank you!!!!”

“Beautiful, cozy, charming upstairs apartment in a historic victorian in a historic neighborhood of old town ft collins walking distance of college ave and its bars, restaurants, etc. Lovely grounds, flowers, trees, quiet, shaded backyard (though i did unintentionally disturb the downstairs guests being on their porch!) The apartment is roomy and had a “lofty” feel being upstairs—I loved looking out the windows at sun-dappled upper tree branches and leaves, especially in summer. Just be aware in the kitchen and some corners of some rooms, the ceiling is sloping on account of the victorian roof. Very clean, soft carpets in the bedrooms, lightly, tastefully decorated. My mattress was too soft but i suppose i could have removed the foam top or tried the other bed. The hosts were nowhere to be seen, yet very responsive. I wish it was more than two nights!”
