The duplex apartment is located at the highest point of the village of Loučná at an altitude of 1000 m above sea level, with a breathtaking view of Klínovec and Fichtelberg. You can enjoy the views while sitting on the balcony or at breakfast. The apartment is within walking distance from Skiareál Klínovec. In winter, you can enjoy skiing, and from spring to fall, you can enjoy the trail park, cycling, and hiking in the beautiful natural surroundings. Please note that you will be required to pay a mandatory tourist tax of CZK 50 per night for each person over the age of 18.

In the foothills of the Ore Mountains near Karlovy Vary and Klínovec, we have transformed a historic barn into a unique space for spending time together, peace and relaxation. The location is great for trips to the mountains (Jáchymov, Boží Dar or Oberwiesenthal) as well as for exploring the surrounding area. You can expect a spacious common area with a view of the countryside, a fireplace, a long table for shared breakfasts and dinners, a sauna (from 09/2026) and two separate bedrooms. We have a hot tub available on the terrace (use for an additional fee).

A cozy 1-bedroom apartment with a kitchenette is located in the village of Černý potok, an ideal place for lovers of nature and outdoor activities. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The sleeping area is located on the upper gallery, where you can enjoy peace and privacy, and on the sofa bed in the lower part of the apartment. There is a sauna with a relaxation room on the ground floor of the building (online reservation). There is a fee for the sauna. Pets are allowed for a fee.

The base capacity is 8 people in 4 bedrooms, for additional 2 guests we provide extra beds. Facilities include sauna, ski-room with a hot-air boot dryer and roofed parking space on the property. Privacy is guaranteed by a large fenced garden. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and local ski slopes. Garden Finnish sauna is for an additional fee.

The Erzgebirge Suite Altes Rathaus is an exclusive, spacious holiday apartment for up to 8 people. Located in Sehmatal-Cranzahl, thanks to its central location in the Central Ore Mountains, it is the ideal starting point for discovering the Ore Mountains with their diverse attractions and the surrounding nature. In the building from 1905 marriages were celebrated and official business was done in the past. From 1917 to 2005 it served as the town hall for the community.
