Grändhuset by the sea

Our dear " Grändhus" newly built for our family and friends as well as for other guests. Beautifully located on Östra Stranden - an untouched oasis among fishermen's meadows and boathouses. Quiet walks along the Baltic Sea shore. Enjoy the beautiful Söderslätt with many excursions and golf. Excellent starting point for both visits to Malmö, Skanör-Falsterbo, Copenhagen. Bus about 100 meters - trains to all of Skåne and Denmark from Trelleborg. Suitable for a couple without children. The host couple live in the "Strandhuset" and "Sjöboden" nearby and are available if necessary.

Originally listed as a horse stable in 1832, this building is now converted into a charming home with its own kitchen and toilet. Perfect for a weekend getaway or a stop along the way on the bike holiday. On the ground floor you will find an open plan kitchen and living room in one, with access to a private terrace as well as a bathroom. On the first floor there is a spacious room with four single beds and a view of the sea from one end of the room. The home must be left in the same condition as upon arrival. Breakfast is available for purchase.

Close to nature, cozy, quiet environment. The loft has a double mattress and a single. There is an extra mattress and sofa. Equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer and oven/stove. Coffee and tea makers are available. Fully equipped bathroom with shower. The guest house is located further down the residential house's property and parking is available for guests.

New air pump, stove and fridge/freezer. Newly painted walls and oiled floors. Neighbor to Skanörs Stadspark. Skanör's harbor is 1.8 km away and there are several cozy restaurants. Ica store open 7 am - 11 pm, 700 meters. Flommens Golf Club approx. 3.7 km. In Falsterbo, there are also some restaurants, a café and a small Ica store.

If you arrive by car there are good parking facilities as well as the possibility of electric car chargers and from the Triangle bus stop it is only 150 meters. This cozy cottage dating from the 19th century is idyllically situated next to a small pond in the countryside, close to hiking and bike trails. Malmö is 30km away, Lund 25km. The house hosts 6 guests comfortably in 2 bed rooms, and has got all facilities like dishwasher, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, TV, wifi (fiber) and a large garden with a grill for barbecue.
