Monthly Rentals in Jones Beach

Very nice studio apartment. Nice sitting area next to the canal. The neighborhood is very nice as well. Safe, clean and friendly area. There is a nice restaurant within walking distance called Smuggler Jacks, that has very good seafood. The Clam bar is another must if you’re staying here, it’s a short drive and well worth it. Overall just a great place to stay and a nice area to visit.

Sean’s place was very clean, comfortable and great location! You can see the love and effort he puts in so that his guests can feel at home. We loved the extra things he had available for us to be able to utilize during our stay. We definitely will be back for a longer stays! Thank you, Sean for your hospitality!!!

Stayed very briefly but loved it! Property is just as described. Very friendly and responsive host. The place is so clean and welcoming. Good location. Highly recommend!! We will be back!

Its sweet and unforgettable (for us new couple). I really missed the place. Bill is one of a kind. the best host. Helpful, attending our needs, pro active, good communicator. Best of the best.
