This is a wonderful property! I was in town with a family of four and the accommodations were perfect! Stuart was very responsive and arranged for an early check-in when our flight arrived earlier than expected. When we checked-out of the property and left something valuable behind, Stuart was extremely responsive and helped us to quickly bring the issue to closure. I would stay here again if ever back in the area. Stuart is a great host and treated us like family.

Great comfortable house with everything you need. Walk to Yanchep lagoon for good swimming. Private, quiet, comfortable, neat and tidy. No AC - only evaporative cooler. Not too bad but not as good as classic air conditioning on a very hot day. Lots to do in Yanchep area with a bit of a drive. Even a fairly easy trip to Perth. Yanchep National Park is lovely. Good location for us. Good house.

We loved staying here for our wedding weekend. It was the perfect space for getting ready and close to town and our venue while still a quiet and relaxing area to be in! Ashley was so welcoming and proactive on the information about the house. We absolutely loved our stay here!

Debbie’s place was close to many restaurants and cafes and beach, walking distance to a number of local cafes which was very useful. Pool was fantastic especially as there were a few hot days. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a fantastic stay at Cody’s house. The decor is beautiful, very relaxing. Great configuration for a family and the pool and trampoline were brilliant entertainment for the kids! Quiet neighbourhood too. Would highly recommend!

A stone’s throw from the beach, in a super quiet street, the perfect place to stay for a family of seven. While we were warned there was no air conditioning, we were super lucky with the weather and enjoyed a fantastic January 10-day stay. The kids absolutely loved the use of the spa and the set up meant there was plenty of space for everybody. Great value!

Peter was absolutely fantastic. Prior contact to advise about key but also came to the house to meet us, even messaged later our first night to ensure we had everything we needed. The house was just beautiful, well appointed and comfortable. The neighbours friendly and the area nice and quiet and safe. Can highly recommend

5 of us stayed here for a lovely relaxing girls weekend away. We had a great time. The house is spacious and comfortable beds and plenty of towels. Had everything you needed for your stay. Would definitely stay here again. Host was very flexible and let us check in early and check out late. Thank you for a great stay

As a family of 5 adults we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there’s plenty of room in the property and the neighbourhood feels very safe and welcoming. Lovely restaurants and shops within a short walk, we can definitely recommend Yo-Chi for frozen yogurt and Chapters Bistro for a tasty meal! Jack’s farmers market is also brilliant for day to day essentials. There are multiple beaches just a short drive away in both directions. We highly recommend this property and would definitely stay here again.
