In this quiet accommodation you can enjoy a view of the fjord from the living room, terrace or from the outdoor wilderness bath. It's only 5 minutes down to the sea. To Sauda it is only a 15 min drive by car. Here you can find most of it, including a swimming pool. Lots of possibilities for great mountain hiking and other nature experiences throughout the year. Svandalen ski center is 15 min. away by car. The cabin is rented out to guests who respect that they live in our private cabin and are NOT rented out for parties and private events.

Delicious boathouse at Fogn in Ryfylke

Naustet is very tastefully decorated, and is beautifully located right by the quay. Good communication makes it easy to get to/from Stavanger and attractions in the region. Naustet has two jetties and a small boat, as well as great hiking, swimming and fishing opportunities. It is southwest-facing, which means many nice sunsets. We are in the process of developing a cozy and charming little place with a brewery, cafe and shop. You can order fresh items for breakfast, lunch and dinner - everything that is served and sold is made here.

Lovely view of the valley. 200 meters to the light rail, 6 minutes drive to Gullingen ski lift. 15 minutes to grocery store. 25 minutes to Suldal bathroom. Lots of great hikes available in the area, both on foot and skiing.

The cabin is located in scenic surroundings and is a perfect starting point for nature and outdoor enthusiasts. The Suldals Mountains offer countless hiking opportunities with stunning views of fjords, water and mountains. For those who are fond of winter sports, there is a short distance to prepared cross-country trails at Mosvannet or at Gullingen ski center which also offers a cozy ski lift. Short distance to Suldal Bad. The cabin is strategically located for day trips to various destinations throughout Ryfylke.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Fossane Gard is secluded and here you can relax and feel the calmness. At Fossane farm we have sheep, chickens, a dog and a cat. Janneke and Martijn welcome you warmly. Within a few minutes walk you will find Giskelivatnet where you can swim or take a canoe trip. Discover the path along the waterfall, experience the waterfall up close, pet the sheep, or take a walk to our chair Subbeli. This is a small selection of everything you can do here.
