Joli studio dans le calme de la campagne à 20 minutes du centre ville. Votre petit studio se situe au rez-de-chaussée de notre villa. Il est séparé par une porte à l'intérieur de notre maison. Vous avez votre entrée privée. Une jolie chambre confortable avec de la place pour manger, TV, petit fauteil, armoire et un petit coin kitchenette avec tout le confort à disposition et une salle de bain douche à votre disposition. Bright, modern and well laid out, it enjoys a lovely view and is located 8 minutes from the M1 metro to Lausanne-centre or UNIL and EPFL. 15-minute walk to the lake or Vaudoise Arena. The CHUV is easily accessible by metros M1 and M2. Separate entrance, living room with equipped kitchen and dining area. Bedroom with ensuite bathroom. Covered south-facing terrace with 2 armchairs.
