In a good location, the apartment is in a safe area and it's close to everything in Guayaquil

It was great! We feel safe and in privacy, the area is very quiet, nice. There were a couple of updates, but Verónica was ready to fix. My husband, my son and I felt good, The TV very functional, air conditioning, utensils in the kitchen.

Excellent experience: very good communication from the host, attention at all times, everything is very clean and tidy, easy to get to and from, good location.

It was a great place to stay, a quick response from the host, and a welcoming place with the necessary facilities for a comfortable and safe stay.
