A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

With family or friends, come and enjoy a holiday or a weekend. House for 6 people up to 8. Pool where you can fish (not recommended to eat fish). No swimming in the pond. Renovated old house that will offer you all the comfort. The Logis de la Tour Saint-Michel, dating from the 12th century, is one of the buildings of the former Cistercian abbey of Bellebranche. In the heart of a medieval hamlet surrounded by nature, backed by a forest surrounded by ponds, it is located in South Mayenne, 12 km from Sablé-sur-Sarthe and 15 km from Château-Gontier. Removed from the noises of the world, there is an almost monastic silence in this green setting.

You will have a living room with a 90 bed, a small kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor and a large mezzanine-bedroom (1 bed 140 1 bed 90 cm). The accommodation is located in the courtyard of our manor, rebuilt at the end of the 16th century. Guests can enjoy our swimming pool (between May and September).
