Aloa your holiday tires, it's best to read the whole text! The one-room apartment is 55 square meters and can accommodate 2 adults. Besides, it's my small, private apartment. Means that you will not find a classic holiday apartment, but a private accommodation. Which, of course, is a jackpot because you have all kinds of amenities. House with heart. It is located in the district of Minsen, about 5 km from Schillig and Horumersiel. 100 m2 living space, 1000 m2 fenced garden, walking distance to the sea about 1000 m. Bathing and dog beach about 4-5 km away, easily accessible by bike or car. Shopping and excursion destinations are plentiful. The house has no direct neighbors, so beautiful evenings are guaranteed in the safely fenced garden. Children and dogs can play in peace.

It is about 2 km to the dike edge, 1 km to the baker (Rysum), 11 km to other shopping (Pewsum) or 12 km (Emden) The Tidehuus is a good starting point for extensive bike tours in East Frisia.

A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."
