Thomas's home was perfect for our family during our holiday. We are a famiy of 6 and it was plenty spacious, clean, quiet, and safe. It was nice to be a little outside Amsterdam. Abcoude is an absolutely charming town. The house was well-appointed, not cluttered, very clean, and very modern. Thomas was always responsive, helpful, and accomodating. We highly reccomend?

It is a fantastic home to stay in. The house is very sleekly furnished and you immediately feel at home. Host is also very customer friendly and nice lady! It's DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED!

Beautiful big house with lots of space and a very large garden! We had two small children (<4 years) with us, who had a great time. Center of Schoorl is within walking distance and the beautiful dune walks too. The beach is a lot further, we recommend to rent a bike or grab the car. The house is located on the passage street of Schoorl, making it easy to get there and drive away again easily. However, it is a busy street in terms of car traffic. Inside, everything you need was present, from toys to kitchen equipment.

We stayed at Heleen's place with our family including our 2.5 yeard old daughter and our 11-month old sun and my parents at Heleen's place for a long weekend and had an amazing time! The location is fantastique if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet neighborhood close to nature (walkable) and beach. The house has a beautiful garden for kids to play in (including trampoline) and inside the house has all the amenities you need. We absolutely loved it as an escape from our normal city-life, this is an Airbnb experience you would not be able to get in any other way!

The house is huge, yet bright, cozy, stylishly furnished and was super equipped for our family of six, including grandparents. Lyda is a perfect host and the kindness in person. She was always reachable. The location was ideal for us as cyclists. Wakened by the birdsong in the morning, you can reach the bakery in 5 minutes by bike and in 2 minutes on the magnificent cycling routes in the dunes or jogging in the forest, while the grandparents enjoyed the large garden. Kamperduin can be reached on the beach in 10 minutes by car. We felt completely comfortable in the 2 weeks and would happily come back.

The accommodation was very well equipped, especially the toys and the trampoline our daughter enjoyed very much. With 1-2 young children, Kiry's house is really ideal. The house is well furnished, we immediately felt comfortable.

The place has a nice and quiet location, ideal for relaxing. The layout over two levels offers plenty of space, which makes the stay comfortable.

We stayed with friends at Claartje's place (8 people). The house is great! Great location on the water, with lots of big windows and plenty of space. We spent very relaxing days at the house and would come back any time.

A super stay with a lot of space. For 5 people really perfect. We can recommend it to everyone. If we should mention a point of attention, that would only be the description of the last 100 meters to the cottage and the space to park the car in the driveway next to the house. However, that is secondary when you enter the house and enjoy it further.

Jeannot was the best host from start to finish! He provided an amazing advance PDF of Amsterdam information and communicated via Whats App throughout. He even paid my tab at the local ice cream parlour after I discovered they did not take credit cards and the closest ATM was broken. The location is perfect for a stay with a large family. It was a great place to start and end the day and so easy to get to the city center from.

We had a really nice time at Floor's house. She is very friendly, responds immediately and gives good tips for the area. The house is exactly as in the pictures, neatly tidy and tidy. The area is also very quiet and a 15-minute walk to the center of Haarlem. In short, highly recommended!

The house was above our expectations. Provided everything we needed and was spacious enough for our group of 9. We’d definitely return in the future!

We had such a lovely stay at the Smithy in Haarlem! I visited with my Mum and two sisters, and it was the perfect place for us. It is in such an idyllic setting by the canal (there were several ducks just pottering around when we arrived!) and the property is beautifully designed with so much care and attention to detail. We would absolutely recommend the Smithy to anyone and would more than happily stay there again!

Amazing place to stay. The house is very nice and has all is needed for a great holiday. It is also very well located both to access train and go shopping for groceries, etc. More than anything, Marjolein and Jan were amazing hosts, starting with a very nice welcome with a warm soup for the cold weather and regularly checking that everything we needed was there for us. One of the best places I’ve stayed at, recommended

The accommodation was wonderful and left nothing to be desired. Very nice house, located right on the forest with private access to the forest. Great sauna and lounge area outside with heat radiator, so even in this season pleasant to sit outside. Very spacious garden. The beach can be reached in 5 minutes by car, by bike in 10 minutes and you can also go jogging or walking. Highly recommend for a nice break with family/ friends.

We had an amazing stay at Sonja’s place. Everything was just perfect. The location was excellent. The neighbourhood is beautiful. A row of houses with the canal as the backyard. Absolute peace and quiet and extremely secure. It’s a 4 minute walk to the tram station where there’s a tram every 10 min to the Central Station. It just takes 10 minutes to reach Central Station. The living area and kitchen are brilliant with all necessary equipments. The backyard is brilliant with an easy access to the canal. We didn’t use the pizza oven and the barbecue but I reckon they would be great when used. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and the view from the open space from there is lovely. The bathroom is huge and has a sun roof. Overall a brilliant experience. Sonja was very responsive and left a detailed note on how things work. We (2 adults and 2 kids) loved the stay and will again stay there in a heartbeat.

We were with friends on site Judith as well as the host on site were very helpful friendly and nice, good communication. The house was beautiful and kept what it promised. At that time, it was like with us when we booked in January very good to have the fireplace & heating pool:-) Thank you very much.

The house was charming, spotless, and very well-kept—a truly cozy and peaceful retreat. The surroundings were tranquil, making it a perfect getaway. We'd absolutely love to return Tom & Henne were friendly and responsive hosts.

Everything as in the photos and description. Despite the cold season, nice and warm inside. You can relax from everyday life, watch the animals in the field,or relax in the sauna \ bathtub after an extensive walk on the beach and dunes. Value is great as well. We are happy to book the Airbnb again when we are in the area. Thank you Martina also for the nice communication and the detailed details about the apartment.

Marcel is a very nice host, super reactive, and this house is a nice alternative to downtown accommodations in Amsterdam (or Harlem) if you're visiting the area.

Nice spacious house with large backyard. Everything was clean and tidy. Also very nice that there was a tennis court.

The accommodation is in a unique location overlooking the beach and North Sea. It’s tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. Even has its own private fitness equipment and there is also the use of an indoor pool. Everything was immaculate and every detail from the cozy bedding to the modern amenities made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Luna’s mother went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us some outstanding local tips. It would be a perfect location for a larger gathering as Luna also runs a Beach House opposite. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway, an active beach holiday or simply a beautiful place to relax and unwind, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of IJmuidens coastal charm.

We spent the Easter weekend here with 6 adults and 3 children. Everything was there No requests for the accommodation remained unfulfilled. For families with small children, it can be said that a playground or the like is not on the property, but this has nothing to do with the house or the hosts. The bike paths around the house are a dream. Thank you for this opportunity to spend such family time.

Great place! The cottage is located in an enclosed housing estate, there are plenty of green spaces in the area, you can walk a lot. The interior of the cottage has recently been refreshed, furniture different than in the photos, but it is definitely a positive change. Very comfortable layout. We were 7 adults and a child, every family/couple had their own room, and we could spend the evenings together in the spacious living room. I'd love to come back!
