We were super satisfied. The location is just perfect. The hosts were always available immediately and super friendly! Always happy to come back.

We had a super nice time here! The house is cozy, well equipped and offers enough space – we were 7 people plus dog and felt totally comfortable. The garden is fully enclosed, which was great for our dog. The location is great – you are in the forest in a few minutes' walk, perfect for walks. Nevertheless, you can quickly reach cities such as Zwolle or Groningen by car if you want to do something. All in all: highly recommended, we would definitely come back!

We have already had the opportunity to rent the villa of Milan several times and are always very satisfied with our stay, we will come back as soon as possible.

We spontaneously decided to take a short vacation in Noordwijk in very unfavorable weather conditions. That's why we made sure to have a little more comfort in our accommodation and hit the bullseye with this great house. Nicolette and her husband are very pleasant hosts. We felt super comfortable in the house and the surroundings. I am sure we will definitely return to this great place to stay at a nicer time of year!

Had very nice days in this beautiful spacious building. We were with 6 adults and 5 young children. For everyone, the house was very pleasant to stay in.

We had a lovely weekend at Villa Heidebloem. The house and the area are beautiful. The sauna and hot tub have been used a lot. And the glass house is perfect for a cozy evening. Contact with host went smoothly. Highly recommend!

A beautiful house in a beautiful place. Especially the large living space on the first floor, overlooking the water and a sheltered outdoor space to sit outside (already in April) stand out. The area is accessible, has a lot to do, also within walking distance. Highly recommended.

We felt super comfortable in Wendy's house, we didn't lack anything. Everything was very well maintained and very attractively furnished. Great location. The outdoor area with great , fenced garden ….. just great for our dog…..also for us:-) Thanks to Wendy and Dennis for the super fast and friendly communication and flexibility.

We stayed with the family during the Christmas days. The house was completely cozy making us feel right at home. Everything was available. The spaces are arranged in such a way that everyone can find a place to do their things together or separately. The sauna was lovely. The biggest plus of the house we found was the special and practical layout and that the whole house was very clean. Definitely recommended for a family or friends getaway. The accommodation is in a unique location overlooking the beach and North Sea. It’s tastefully furnished and thoughtfully equipped. Even has its own private fitness equipment and there is also the use of an indoor pool. Everything was immaculate and every detail from the cozy bedding to the modern amenities made our stay exceptionally comfortable. Luna’s mother went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and gave us some outstanding local tips. It would be a perfect location for a larger gathering as Luna also runs a Beach House opposite. Whether you are looking for a peaceful getaway, an active beach holiday or simply a beautiful place to relax and unwind, this is the perfect place. We can’t wait to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking to experience the best of IJmuidens coastal charm.

We felt very comfortable as a family in the house. The villa is perfect for 8-10 people. Everything was right. The owners are very nice and easily accessible.

The accommodation is particularly Cozy , very nice to spend the evening there. If you like board games, nice round table in the living room to Play ... Quiet neighborhood. Accommodation close to the train station and restaurants. The city itself is very pretty . Finally, Marius gives all the useful information. A place and a place that I would recommend without hesitation.

We stayed at this lovely AirBnB with 5 couples. We rented the entire residence and we all were extremely impressed with our accommodations and hosts. The property was as it was described and more. This location was central for us to journey out for day trips all over the Netherlands. Our hosts were top notch and provided great knowledge about the surrounding area. The common areas provided great place to gather and our rooms were a beautiful space to retreat. We would highly recommend to anyone, whether renting a room (as the bed and breakfast) or the entire home! Thank you to Matt and Csilla for creating a beautiful atmosphere for us to holiday as a family.
