It has a vernacular style, with wide walls, wood and iron carpentry and green roof. The wide walls and the structure of exposed logs make up unique details. The large gallery is surrounded by fruit trees and native mountain. From the extensive pool you can enjoy the views of the mountain ranges.

Casa Cuarzo, an incredible house for 8 people

Beautiful house located at the foot of the Champaqui. It is a great space, thoughtfully decorated and equipped for you to enjoy with your family or friends. It has 3 bedrooms: 2 of them with a double bed and the other with the option of a double bed or 2 single beds; 3 bathrooms, living room, kitchen and a chill room. Outside, it has a gallery with a grill and an attached pool, with a solarium; a sector with a Chilean oven and a patio connected to the chill room.

Adobe house

40 mts house inside neighborhood closed with 280 hts ecological reserve. The house is a solar-powered loft in nature. You enter through route 14 and Monte inentro, after 2km you reach the house. Few neighbors, quiet and retired place. Keep in mind that it's far! Until the route are 10' and the route to the village is 5'. It has SUM with a pool and a quincho at the entrance to the neighborhood.

The cabin is located two blocks from the main avenue of Villa de Merlo. It has a refrigerator (freezer), air conditioning (hot-cold), microwave, heating (natural gas). It has two rooms. The living room has a 3-body futon. There is a good internet service. Carport (for two cars) inside the property. Barn and Laundry.
