Our recently renovated apt faces the beach and has an exclusive and gorgeous view to the ocean! There is only a garden with palm trees, birds, and a playground between our balcony and the sand. The apt is very cozy and can take large groups or families who want to rest and enjoy the sun. You will have coffee looking at the beach. Our building offers daily beach service, which includes tents, chairs and tables set up for our guests. Our building is 5 min away from the shops and supermarket

Peace and tranquility, with comfort and harmony. Manô's house is on the ground floor of Casinha Caiçara. The owner's house is in front of it, separate, but on the same plot of land. It has a private kitchen and a spectacular view. Contact with nature is the main objective. Being able to sleep to the sound of the sea and feeling that breeze are truly unforgettable and special moments. Charming rustic house located on Perequê beach, on a cul-de-sac less than 100 meters from the beach. The house has a garage, shared pool, barbecue area and lots of nature around! A house with 2 bedrooms, one of which is a mezzanine with a double bed. A bedroom with a double bed with access to the garden, a full kitchen, a bathroom, and a living room with two single beds located under the mezzanine. My place in Maresias

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. New House (work completed on 11/2022). Dead-end, safe street. + Pet Place. There is a water filter in the house. I, the owner, reside in the house next door. It's not on the same plot of land, nor is it a condominium. As of March, I can also rent monthly if anyone is interested.
