Heating in winter time - fire place Jotul (wood) and warm floors heated by electricity. Sea (20min walk ~ 1.5km), river 2 km, city centre and pedestrian Jomas street 10km. Place for barbecue and parking, fast WIFI .

It’s located on left side of Jūrmala, at 9th floor of genuine soviet block type house (Skolas street 27, Jurmala). :) ‼️ Friday and saturday night goes together. Two night booking min! Authentic old Jurmala living in historical cottage since start of 20th centure. For recreation in all seasons. Include 2 bedrooms, living room with studio kitchen, shower room, oven and green open air place for barbeque. There are trampoline, toys and kids house in the yard. In summer we usually have kids and another guests in the yard. Attention! There are 2 euro entry pass in Jurmala since 1st April till 1st October! Внимание!
