A spacious glazed balcony opens to an unobstructed lake landscape towards the city center. Beach. Dedicated parking spot next to the lower door. The area has beautiful and diverse jogging terrains and a disc golf course. The apartment is fully equipped (extensive dishes, appliances, sleeping places for four, 65” smart TV with streaming services, air source heat pump, hammock, etc.).

Winter living cottage with all amenities by the lake. Upstairs in the cottage and in the downstairs bedroom, double beds, and a sofa in the living room for a double bed. The financial building has a wooden sauna and a sleeping oasis with a double bed. (Hot tub special fee). Gas grill and wood-burning grill can be found in the yard and can sit under the lean-to. This unique and tranquil place is easy to enjoy for business travellers and holidaymakers alike. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of the elevator house, but not on the ground level. The contemporary apartment is equipped with sauna and glazed balcony, and the kitchen has necessary essentials. A heating pole carport right next to the outdoor door. In the yard you'll find both a grocery store and a pizzeria. To the bus stop about 50m, the beach is about 150m. Trails at the door.

Finest spot in Jyväskylä, brand new appartment, lake view, reasonable price, 600m from the center, car parking. What more can you ask. Building was finished in the summer 2017 and is in a truly amazing spot in front of lake Lutakko. Calm neighborhood just a walking distance from the city, where you can enjoy all the great stuff Jyväskylä has to offer. Lutakko also hosts the many businesses that are located in Jyväskylä. Grocery store is just close by and technopolis business center.
