We loved our stay at Christine’s place. This is a hidden gem.The photos don’t really do it justice-it far exceeded our expectations. Such a spectacular location and lovely home. And very special attention to details in the home. Christine is kind,gracious and lovely. We highly recommend this stay and would love to return.

What a beautiful place. Gorgeous courtyard and fantastic roof terrace. Peacefull and quiet road 1 minute walk from the lagoon. 15 minute walk to Wild Oats market. Lovely and cosy inside. Would definitely return.

Our stay at Jon's was amazing. The welcome was so friendly and nice and we loved talking to Jon who always knew a spot to go or what we should visit. We also loved to play with Rudi (his dog) and the area was really nice and we felt so safe. The room had all we needed and was perfect for our trip. We definitely would recommend a stay.

Modern and nicely decorated apartment with all that you need. It is located directly at the beach with a stunning view from the balcony. Chantelle is friendly and welcoming host. We enjoyed our stay!

Irmas cottage was the perfect overnight place to rest en route destination which I booked for my daughter. Very comfy bed. This cottage was so comfortable, it would be perfect for a longer stay as well. Thank you Irma!

Our accommodation was as much a highlight as our time in the Wilderness. The space is exactly as pictured and has a beautiful energy. You can feel and see the care and love poured into the space. You are walking distance from the beach, and all the great restaurants are no more than 10 minutes away. Yvonne gives you all the best recommendations on arrival. Your stay is peaceful and private in a beautiful space. Highly recommend this accomodation.

The location is very central for garden route Airbnb, activities, etc.! It is a little bit of an adventure to get to the actual unit but they have someone meet you and guide you the whole way. It is absolutely worth the drive up the cliff! The place is beautiful. The pool was heated. Views cannot be any better!

The accommodation was absolutely superb. The location was absolutely amazing, the view was beautiful and the accessibility to the beach could not be better. The apartment/house was beautifully decorated, uncluttered, clean. The kitchen had all the equipment you need.The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Scenic and tranquil location, responsive and friendly host, beautifully decorated house providing a comfortable home for our weekend getaway. Lovely garden for daily walks down to the stream in the valley along a well maintained path. We experienced sunshine and rain and felt comfortable at all times. Nearby coffee shop serves delicious cheesecake.

This was one of the best holiday properties we have stayed in. The house is exceptional and in a stunning location to match. Fabulous views from every room and sleeping and waking to the sound of the ocean was so relaxing. There are plenty of walks around the property and Wilderness is only a 10minute drive away, where there are great restaurants and a beautiful beach. We will definitely be back!

Gert and Ursula are the perfect hosts. They are most welcoming and a wealth of knowledge about the area and only too keen to assist and give you ideas on the local attractions. To be honest words can’t describe how welcome they made me and my family feel. We are on holidays from Australia and wish we stayed longer at the Half Way House. Not only were they welcoming but the accomodation was amazing. Clean, comfortable and has everything you need. It is a must for anyone travelling the Garden Route to try and stay here. Thanks again Gert and Ursula. I hope one day we are lucky enough to stay and meet you again.

We had a wonderful experience! The place (we rented top the floor) is very spacious, exceptionally well equipped, it's literally a home away from home. The views from the living area and the big balcony is fantastic. We spent most of our time on that balcony. Last but not least, Maria is a super host, her hospitality and warm nature know no bounds. We had a beautiful home away from home stay. The flat was perfectly equipped, great views from the balcony, pristine equipped kitchen that contains quality equipment, ample cupboard space in both the kitchen and bedroom and a great dining area as well as a spacious braai area. Luke was kind enough to equip us with a battery to use during load shedding to still make use for the TV and charging devices which was unexpected and took us by surprise. The home is less than 10 min from the mall and there is a Superette down the road that can easily be walked to. We took a walk around the area every evening and found it very safe, quite and peaceful. We thank you for your kind hospitality! What a great deal.
