Log house on the shore of Lake Inari

A unique solid log house on the shores of Lake Inari. The villa is located near the wilderness of Northern Inari, completely on its own. There is no light pollution and no noise in the area. It's a short drive to northern Norway. Hunting, fishing, kayaking and hiking terrains open up from the yard. The boat launch is located in the courtyard of the house, as well as a rowboat and a small boat dock and a fire pit on the beach. In the yard you can see the northern lights, reindeer and wildlife. The area is an old Inari Sámi settlement.

The apartment is renovated in the year 2017 and it is a part of the bigger building. It is located 400 meters from our home ( and the lake), 18 km from Inari (nearest grocery and restaurants) and 350 km from Rovaniemi. In the apartment you will find all normal facilities and sauna. This is a good place to see Northern Lights and beautiful nature is around you here. If you are interested to see how people really live in Lappland, but you also appreciate your own peace, this place is for you.

Savu is furnished with style by Finnish design. You can chill along fireplace and check aurora borealis from your own pier. Savu has also an exotic smoke sauna in the same building what you can also rent for an extra fee. Hot tube is also possible to rent. Ice swimming is possible as well.
