Appartement de Grutto is beautifully situated in a green setting, offering a panoramic view over the polders of the charming village of Warmond. It is conveniently located in the heart of the Bollenstreek, where you can enjoy the beautiful flower bulb fields in the spring. In the summer, it’s lovely to spend time on the Kagerplassen. In the fall, you can get some fresh air in the dunes, the forest, or on the beach. From this peaceful, green setting, you can easily reach the cities of Leiden, The Hague, Haarlem, and Amsterdam. Sassenheim train station is an 8-minute walk away.

Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Welcome to the holiday apartment top two floors of the house. Own entrance from side of the house. There is a ground floor apartment (mine) and a two floor apartment above (for rent). House is on the water, with many trees, and windows. Big kitchen. Not good if you do not like open staircases. The main bedroom has an attic with extra bed . Close to a supermarket, and the bus to Schiphol (Amsterdam). You may see our dogs outside, and sometimes hear them, when they talk to eachtother.

With the train station just a ten-minute walk away, you can also get to Leiden, The Hague, Haarlem, or Amsterdam in no time.

Located directly on the water, this resting place is an experience in the Randstad. The cottage is sustainably heated with heat recovery by a heat pump. Very rural but close to everything, as good as in the Kagerplassen. You can dock your boat with us. The apartment is fully equipped.
