森の中の美しい空間でゆったり寛げました。 雨の日の滞在となりましたが、霧に包まれたログハウスが神秘的で雨音や鳥の囀りがスペシャルな演出に感じましたw 今度は連泊で利用したいです♪

This place is like a small hotel. The checking in and checking out process is all done on a touch screen without human interaction. We were able to locate it easily and it is a short walk from the train station. We did not have any needs or concerns for our one night stay.

all 5 stars -- Nakazono-san is the real deal, and his Ryokan has a wonderful old charm. it is an old house but I loved it. the futon is plenty thick and was so comfy to sleep on. the owner is so helpful and funny. I bought him shochu and we drank together. daily towel and yukata provided and the onsen kagomma is right across the street for less than 500 yen. the Ryokan is within 10 mins walk of the ferry and aquarium and 15 mins walk from the main shopping district. there's a lot of cute local restaurants around, too. thank you Nakazono-san!

Yukiko is a wonderful host and I’m truly delighted to have met her during my Kagoshima adventure. Communication with her was smooth and seamless, and she went to great lengths to help with any queries I had prior to and during my trip. You can count on her to help make your stay pleasant and memorable. Do check out Yukiko’s recommendations on where to eat and what to see in Kagoshima—they’re really good! The room is stylish, cozy and clean—a nice place to return to, rest and relax after a day of exploring Kagoshima. The location is convenient because it’s near the Tenmonkan tram stop (although I personally think a lot of the city’s highlights are better explored on foot) and it’s surrounded by amenities you might need any time. I had such a lovely time in Kagoshima that I even extended my stay for a couple of days. Thank you so much, Yukiko, for being a gracious host. I feel like there’s still much to discover in Kagoshima so I hope to see you again. :)
