Fotis is a great host, we were very warmly welcomed! Fotis is a discreet but very considerate host, he spoiled us with delicious tomatoes from the garden, figs, cactus fruits 🌵 etc... We felt at home in Fotis's beautiful place, very comfortable, clean, with a garden and a beautiful pool! Thank you for the valuable advice, the smiles, the touches! We were delighted with our stay! We spend an excellent week at Villa Kitrini. Heidi and Patrick the owners are very nice hosts and the communication was very smooth. The villa offers all the equipement necessary and has a splendid view on the olive trees and the sea. The pool was also very much appreciated. For us, Villa Kitrini was a very good base to discover all the beautiful places and activities the region has to offer.

We arrived at Mr. Georgios' who kindly welcomed us with his charming wife who speaks perfect English, they are super nice. I recommend this beautiful house with an incredible view of the mountains and the ocean, the house is beautiful, there is everything you need to cook, the rooms are very good, it feels like home, there is a lot of space and the terraces go all around the house so I'm not even going to mention the view, 360 degrees of incredible views to enjoy a quiet holiday away from the cities. I recommend this pleasant house to everyone because it is really worth the detour, it is the best. I would come back to Kalamata and I would come to Georgios and his wife who are very good people. The house was very big and clean, equipped with everything you might need and then some. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. It was in a private and quiet location. Having a car is needed to visit other beaches and to go to Ancient Olympia.

What a wonderful experience! Dimosthenis and his family were super kind and very efficient. The house was equipped with everything necessary and is such a warm place to spend the best time in Greece. So sad to have left that place. Highly recommended. Thanks again guys!

Perfect! This is a house that should be on top of your list if you are considering staying in the area. We found it to be as described, very clean and tidy, spacious and cozy, with all the amenities that one needs and more...The A/Cs worked great to heat up the place fast when needed. It is located a couple of minutes drive from Marathopoli where you will find friendly people and excellent bakeries, mini markets, tavernas, cafes and numerous beaches! The host, Nick, is always available to help or answer any questions and welcomed us to the house with a traditional easter tsoureki and colored eggs! The house offers a nice front and back yard that nicely landscaped with trees and bushes for a visual appeal and privacy. Our dog loved it, run and played all day outside! The view to the sea and Proti island are really stunning especially from the terrace but also the living room! Do not miss the sunset! Needless to say, we'd love to go back, we loved our stay!

There are no comments when assessing the apartment. It is large and comfortable. The area allows for a peaceful rest. If you come by car, you will easily find a place to park. The most important thing: the sea. It is clean, warm and calm. You can swim in it if you go 100 meters from the shore then it gets deep. But that is not the problem. The sea currents sometimes push jellyfish into this bay, which you have to be very careful about. They are very large, very dangerous and there are a lot of them. If the weather is kind, they disappear from one day to the next and the sea is clean. If not, you have to drive to another beach 10-20 minutes away.
