fabulous villa in a great setting. plenty of brilliant restaurants offering value food within easy walking distance. if you have a car, there are some great options near volimes also. the host was superb - great instructions and very responsive without being obtrusive. couldn't have wished for better.

It was a great time at Maria‘s place. The house is beautiful, super clean, very modern style and perfectly located on the island. The hosts are super friendly and always try their best to meet your expectations and they will do anything to give you the best stay on this island. Highly recommended!

We were three families with six adults and five children, so we really appreciated that Anta’s villa is so big. Also the pool area, bbq and tennis court are all lovely and make keeping the kids busy very easy. Anta set up for Maria and Anastasia to cook for us a couple of times- I would highly recommend that as the food was great and the ladies very kind and helpful. Anta also gave us many helpful recommendations. The villa is in a convenient location in the countryside but not too far from zakynthos so it’s easy to get to many things to do. Overall we had a lovely time, the house was lovely and perfect for a big group, Anta and her team were very kind and helpful to us. Thanks a lot!

The Golden July villa was amazing. The villa and grounds are gorgeous with a spectacular view of the ocean and sunrise. The landscaping is very well kept and every corner of the grounds offered a new place to sit, relax, or eat. The interior looked exactly like the pictures and was very well kept and clean. The hosts had a cleaning service throughout our stay to change the towels, linens, and tidy up. The hosts were fantastic. They were responsive with lots of recommendations for restaurants, car rentals (they even got a car delivered to the villa for us!), and grocery stores. We had two small children, 1 and 3, and the villa and outdoor area were perfect to keep them entertained. They even set up a pack n play and had a high chair. We loved our 5 day stay, we hope to go back soon! I would recommend a rental car while you are there as it is not walkable to the downtown area or beaches but that is more than a fair trade for the breathtaking views.

There aren’t enough stars for this place. It was very comfortable. Philip was awesome to deal with, and was responsive to the requests we had. The place is like new. It is very safe, and the pool was like a spa. Philip provided a few groceries and drinks to make us feel very welcome! If we are ever back in Zakynthos, we will go back for sure!

We had an amazing vacation at the villa! The property is even better in reality than it seems in the photos, especially the sunsets and ocean views. The house was extremely clean and very well equipped. Reizi as a host was very friendly, welcoming and responsive, always making sure we’d have the best time possible. We will definitely come back!

We stayed at Ioanna (and Apostolos)'s place in Korithi, Zakynthos, for 1 week, and it was one of the most peaceful/beautiful locations we have ever experienced for a holiday. Prior to our arrival, we were contacted by the property manager Arthur, who provided a great Google list of recommendations all around the island, to help up build an itinerary. Arthur then met us at the property gave us the usual pointers, and left a helpful range of initial supplies including drinking water, olive oil etc. We were then left to enjoy the exceptional setting - perched on a rocky hilltop on the northern tip of the island, with 180 degree panoramic views east, north and west, looking north to the island of Kefalonia. We hired a car and the beautiful Agios was a short 5 minute drive, which has a beach and selection of eateries. If you didn't want to venture out at all, the local grocery shop and 1 restaurant provides a delivery service, eliminating the need for a hire car. An exceptional place!

An absolute dream, Harry's villa. Very nice and modernly furnished, every detail is right here. You have a very nice view of the sea and the bay from both the terrace, the pool and the sofa in the living room. Although the pool was not heated, we could still swim in October. Harry was very accessible and left nothing to be desired, he was very quick to respond. There are some dogs in the area that bark regularly, but it did not bother us. Walking is not optimal in the area as a pedestrian, as the accommodation is located on a mountain. However, which is not bad with this accommodation, as you have no reason to leave the villa, kitchen is also super equipped. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom. We felt very comfortable and would come back at any time!

Wonderful villa. Really enjoyed our stay! The views were amazing and the place is very convenient to central Skala. Right down the road from Mounda beach which is a hidden gem. Host came by and was super friendly. The pool was very nice and enjoyed by the kids! Will be back!

Wow, what a wonderful holiday in an amazing location. Tasos was a perfect host, arranging transport to and from the airport for us making our arrival a very easy journey. He popped by to check everything was ok on many days. The property is beautiful, everything is decorated to a very high standard and kept very clean with daily housekeeping. We mostly spent our days by the pool and walked to one of the many wonderful restaurants for dinner each evening. We walked to the beach one afternoon and to the waterpark on another day. A very relaxing holiday and I would not hesitate to return. Thank you Tasos

Athina warmly welcomed us into the villas with unique location with views of Porto Limnionas cove. You will be very well received in the tavern run by the Athina family at the foot of the villa which allows you not to take your car despite the unique and quite secluded location.

It was super nice, clean cozy. Spyros responded fast and was very helpful.

Villa Meralia was fantastic for our family of five. There are four double bedrooms but we only used the three in the main house as the fourth (en suite) was only accessible through the garden. There are plenty of areas to relax and dine inside and out. The mini golf and giant chess were a hit for us. You will definitely need a car if you want to eat out or explore the island. There are lots of small coves and beaches on the west of the island which are worth exploring so take sea shoes for the kids. Giota was so helpful snd friendly and provided lots of suggestions of where to eat, and arranged an introduction to the boat hire company. We were delighted to find wine, water and pomegranates on an arrival! Highly recommended.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Leonidas’s villa – easily the best place I’ve stayed during my time in Greece! The villa was exactly as advertised, offering a beautiful and serene escape that’s perfect for those looking for peace and quiet. Although it’s a bit remote, that only adds to the charm, with tranquility all around and a short drive (10-15 mins) to a nearby town, 30 mins to the main square in Zakynthos, and about 40-50 mins to Shipwreck Beach. Leo was a fantastic host, actively communicating and making sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a dreamy getaway!

Before we arrived we were sent details of places to visit and other information so we could be prepared before our stay. Upon arrival the villa looked bigger than the pictures. The villa was spacious clean and had everything we needed. The local amenities were on our doorstep, with plenty of restaurants and a supermarket. We found everything we needed for our weeks stay within a 1min walk. This was extremely handy as we traveled with a 13 & 8 year old. The beach in the opposite direction was a short walk from the villa which had beautiful views, the beach has bars & restaurants too. The beach is famous for turtle spotting which we were lucky enough to see one. We would recommend a car to see the rest of the island.

What an amazing property. Stefania was a wonderful host who was able to accommodate us at last minute after arriving and finding our original villa, in the marineika vanato region, was under the flight path, 3 flights per hour for 18hrs a day almost ruined our holiday but Ambelos Villa saved the day. The villa is beautifully designed, modern, very clean and well equipped. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is far bigger. Our children, 9 & 7, loved the mezzanine level with the lower roof, they enjoyed having their own seating area and bathroom. The pool and views are stunning. Sunrise with a coffee on the terrace with nothing but the sounds of nature was a highlight. Irini, the housekeeper is so friendly also. The area has lots of wonderful Taverna’s nearby, Votsalo being a must! Cameo Island is 15mins away. We hired quads to tour up to Zakynthos Town down to Vasilikous and back to the villa. A fun afternoon out. You will have a great holiday at this villa

The Villa was remarkable, the host Nikos was fabulous and the environment was so friendly and welcoming . Zante town , was only 13 euros by taxi, which is very vibrant. Kalamaki , is so peaceful, beautiful and welcoming . We had two excursions from Nikos recommendations of tour company .Bestofzante, to the north of the island. It was a very splendid trip, safe, knowledgeable, humours driver that took us to many breathtaking landscapes. The beach for most is a small walk and a taxi for 10 euros . Nikos arranged airport transfers making our arrival/departure stress free. We had an evening departure flight. As the villa had no one booked In Nikos let us stay until evening . We are grateful and to Suzana/ Angela who kept the villa spotless , and Andreas for the pristine pool. We ate at the Pandesia each evening , a favourite for 30 years . Aris and his team are like family . Finding a resort you love , feel safe , a host you trust , sand/sea/sun there is nothing better ❤️ x

Great stay at Aris and Nikos's. The hospitality was great. The villa is clean, new, equipped, with an absolutely beautiful setting. Both were always available to respond to us and advise us during our stay. We also went to the restaurant in Aris: very good food, and excellent atmosphere. We recommend very strong and thank you again!

A lovely villa, set in tranquil surroundings. Beautiful views of the sea and a lovely pool & sun loungers to relax. We really enjoyed our stay here and the nearby restaurants and beach were about a 5 minute drive or 20 miute walk.

We stayed at this villa for 6 days and loved every moment. The hosts were incredibly kind and accommodating, allowing us to check in early due to our flight’s arrival time. The villa was cleaned daily, and on the second morning, we were surprised with freshly baked goods. The pool was also cleaned daily, and the BBQ came fully equipped with tools, ready for immediate use. The space was exactly as shown in the pictures and comfortably fit five adults. It's just a 10-minute walk to the local town, and while there’s a slight uphill walk back, it’s manageable for anyone with average fitness. Streetlights make walking back at night easy. We didn’t rent a car and found the local bus to Zante town convenient, costing just €2.50 and taking 10-15 minutes. I highly recommend this villa and would happily stay here again when I return to Tsivili.
