Welcome to our cozy cottage right by the water with sauna, fireplace and private jetty. Here you can enjoy a peaceful atmosphere, magical lake views and fishing right outside the door. In winter, you can swim in the ice water from the jetty, and if the weather permits, ski tracks are run up on the lake. The surroundings consist of berry and mushroom forests with beautiful walking trails. In summer, you can take a trip on the rowing boat or enjoy the evening sun on the terrace. The cottage is only 15 minutes from Falun and 45 minutes from Romme Alpin.

The accommodation is maximized for 2 adults, but there is also room for 2 small children. Kitchenette equipped with stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee maker. TV and Wi-Fi. Towels and bed linen are included. You will also have access to the laundry room located in the main building. We charge a cleaning fee of SEK 200 for bed linen, etc. However, we expect you to do a fine cleaning before you check out.

Bedroom with 2 single beds, 1 sofa bed and coffee table, small foldable dining table with 3 chairs, bathroom with toilet & shower. Kitchen. Fast Wi-Fi. Sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, hand towels are available, the guest makes their own. Cleaning is done by the guest. The sofa bed's mattress has the dimensions: 185 x 135 cm

Charming farmhouse with high ceilings, rural located just outside Falun. Around the corner is Lugnets nature reserve with great opportunities for cycling, hiking and running. The arena of tranquility is only 4 km away. Experience the 2027 FIS Ski World Championships with us! During this event period, we offer bookings with a minimum stay of five nights. The house is located on the quieter side of the stadium, which means you avoid the worst traffic during competitions. On the property, there are horses and cats.

Unikt boende med 10 minuters promenad till centrum. Helrenoverad stuga 46 kvm med nytt badrum. Huset finns på en av de många kulturhistorisk värdefulla gårdarna i den gamla stadsdelen Östanfors i Falun. 2 km till Lugnet (9 minuter med bil). 50 meter till vatten med möjlighet till dopp och intill ligger den mysiga parken Kålgården. Där finns promenadstråk, stor lekplats, beachvolleybollplan, grillplats, bord, bänkar, minigolf, boulebana och utegym.

Villa med lägenhet i nedre plan med egen ingång. Värdparet bor i huset. 200m till sjön Runn som erbjuder plogade skridskobanor vintertid. På sommaren finns bar och glasskiosk vid sjön, samt kayakuthyrning. Två enklare cyklar kan lånas av oss. (Vi har även två kayaker som kan hyras om ni säger till i förväg) Närhet till Romme Alpin o Bjursås skicenter, ca 30 min med bil. 5 minuter till city o Lugnets sportanläggning.

Hyr vårt poolhus om ca 20 kvm med rymlig hall, badrum med tvättmöjligheter och rum med kök, soffa och 160 cm säng. Sängkläder och handdukar ingår. Parkering direkt utanför ingår. Ni kan förvara era skidor eller cyklar i låst utrymme om ni önskar. Ca 800 m till Lugnets friluftsområde med längdspår, badhus, cykelleder och högskolan Dalarna. 3 min biltur till stadskärnan och matbutiker.
