The accommodation is a 100sqm semi-detached house built in 1998 with a small, cozy front garden, terrace, carport, 4 rooms, a shower and bathtub, as well as a guest toilet, a kitchen and a full basement. The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area with very good connections: the S-Bahn is an 8-minute walk away and leads directly to the most important sights. The city centre and harbour can be reached by car in just 10 minutes. Parking spaces are not on the property, but are available free of charge and for an unlimited time on the roundabout directly in front of the house. The cozy summer cottage is located directly on the lake and is located on the same approx. 3500 m² property as our house (approx. 45 m away). At the end of the cul-de-sac, it is very quiet, surrounded by nature. It is practically and comfortably furnished, with everything your heart desires and offers accommodation for 2 people, possibly with a child. The sofa in the living room can be used as a sofa bed if necessary. Ideal for couples, friends, a small family or all alone.

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room in a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties are not allowed! 15 minutes by car from Hamburg, our house is located in Quickbornheide. The nearest train station is a 15-minute walk away and you can get to Hamburg from there without a car. Within walking distance there is a large, beautiful forest area. Two parking spaces are available right in front of the property on the premises.
