New Summer house in absolute 1st row and own beach by the bay of musholm and only 1 hour from Copenhagen. The house is of 50m2 and with 10m2 annex. In the house there are entrances, bath/toilet with sauna, bedroom and a large kitchen/living room with alcoves. From the living room there is access to lovely large hems. The house has air conditioning and a woodburning stove. Annex includes room with double bed. House and annex are connected by wooden terrace and there is an outdoor shower with hot water. Bedroom in the house as well as lofts and alcoves.

The beautiful Faxe Bay and Noret just outside the house set the scene for a truly wonderful place. The house was chosen as the winner of the programme Denmark's most beautiful summer house at DR1 (2014). The well-furnished 50 m2, with up to 4 m. ceiling fits perfectly for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. All year round, bathe in the "Swedish-hole” ml. Roneklint and the small fine island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is created for beautiful walking – and cycling trips.

Experience lovely Røsnæs by Kalundborg in a lovely summerhouse with Panorama views with water from large living room with open kitchen. The cottage is in the middle of Denmark's probably largest wine district. There is a unique nature on Røsnæs with lighthouse, which is worth visiting and the house is located so that walks can be chosen on both the north and south side of Røsnæs. There are bathing opportunities from the jetty and the possibility of coastal fishing, tennis, golfing and to visit winemakers.

(No hidden cleaning fee!) Very special home close to Egeskov Castle In the garden of the farm Langholm you will find this annex. The small charming log cabin is surrounded by the farm's apple garden, lake with ducks and fish, several terraces and an exciting garden filled with small nooks. Welcome to this amazing and cozy cottage located on undisturbed natural land and with direct access to private beach. The house is decorated in modern beach house style – ”simple living” with a great amount of charm and a personal touch! The House is located on a 3.600 square meters plot, where the 2.000 square meters are beach and sea. The beach is private (though the public has access). But since it is private and there is no big parking lot you'll mostly have the beach to yourself!

A charming cottage of 123 square meters that was completely modernized and remodeled in 2016. Appear bright and friendly. Three different shower facilities, one of which is outside the home, which is great when you have been out in the sea and swimming. Located in secluded nature by the sea. The view of the large meadow that is an extension of the garden often allows for seeing deer, pheasants, and more. There are good shopping opportunities in the area including gourmet restaurants.

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.
