If you want to go back to basic, have an open mind and don't need perfection, then relax and enjoy our self-made garden house! We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

Spacious Studio & garden, free bikes, A/C, kitchen

Our spacious studio of approximately 43 m² is located on the outskirts of the beautiful town of Oudewater and in the middle of the peatland area of the green heart. The studio is a wonderful space to relax for a weekend and enjoy nature, but also a nice place to stay longer and discover the surrounding cities. The studio includes 2 bicycles with which you can reach the supermarket in 2 minutes and in about 5 minutes you are in the picturesque center of Oudewater with delicious restaurants.

Situated on crystal clear water, you will find peace and fun for the whole family here in both summer and winter. Explore the natural surroundings by boat, bike or on foot. After barbecuing, paddle a round on your SUP through the beautiful villa district and watch the sunset from the water. In the winter, you can sit comfortably with your hot chocolate by the fireplace and play board games. At the end of the day, you can flop down satisfied in the hanging chair in the sunny conservatory.

In the Garden

Looking for a nice place to stay with a lot of privacy? Just outside Utrecht, you will find Bed and Breakfast Au Jardin, where you can enjoy and relax. The guesthouse is at the back of our deep garden. You have your own entrance at the rear of the building. You can also park there. At the front, you can relax on the terrace. The Bed and Breakfast is located in De Meern, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Close to Utrecht and centrally located between Rotterdam, Amsterdam and The Hague.

Aan de Bovenlanden (private guest house)

In the middle of the green heart of the Netherlands, centrally located between Amsterdam and Utrecht, both 20 minutes by car, lies Wilnis. The hay barn near Aan de Bovenlanden is a completely equipped house, where privacy is guaranteed. The comfortable studio apartment is in the center of Alphen on the ground floor on the Rhine. The studio is decorated in a homey style with modern features, there is a smart TV and a well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals yourself. The bathroom has a shower toilet and washing machine. De Boomgaard (The Orchard) is in the walled garden of an 18th-century house on the legendary Vecht River, where Dutch country life was born. The b&b is a complete cottage of great charm and comfort. Guests have their own entrance, with free parking a few steps from the door. They have their own entirely private bathroom and kitchen.
