The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove (2 ports), a refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster, cooking utensils and dishes, and there is a stopover hot spring (adult 700 yen ~), a hinoyasan, a direct sales shop for vegetables picked in the morning, a delicious bakery and a set meal shop within walking distance. From waking up in the morning to sleeping at night, this is the perfect location to feel the sea and spend some time with your family and friends. (Iritahama is the nearest beach, 7 minutes on foot/11 m above sea level) Especially recommended for those who love the sea, surfing, and swimming! There is also a Wi-Fi environment in the facility, so please use it for long-term stays and travel as a base for workcation and Izu travel. The kitchen is equipped with a single burner stove (gas) and simple cooking utensils, dishes, and condiments. We also provide free rental items for guests to use. Bicycles and kickboards are available for free, so please feel free to use them for a stroll during your stay. If you'd like to BBQ, please check the house rules for details. Also, please note that the facility is non-smoking, so please smoke outdoors. Please see the house rules for smoking areas. It is a small wooden house in a quiet location surrounded by forests, with a magnificent ocean spread out in front of it, giving it a sense of openness. Limited to one group per day.

Situated on a high ground opposite the Yuhigaoka rest stop where the sunsets are beautiful, you can spend your holiday in a quiet cottage between the ocean and the woods with vast expanses of ocean in front of you and untouched forests behind you. There is a microwave and refrigerator, but there is no stove, so it is not possible to cook in the room. The deck is large and open and has a BBQ that you can rent for a fee. (Reservation required, 4,000 yen fee, cannot bring in your own) Food ingredients are not included in the price, so please bring your own. Please note that you cannot cook anything other than the rented BBQ grill. There is no supermarket or convenience store for shopping within a 15 km radius. Please purchase ingredients in Matsuzaki or Shimogamo before coming. We can also provide the dishes listed on the menu if you book them, but only on the restaurant's business days, so please let us know.

This house is a traditional 20 year old Japanese house. It is totally private as it's surrounded by trees. There is a walkway 5 minutes down to Shirahama Beach which is arguably one of the nicest beaches in Japan. We have added a large deck to the house for outdoor living. The bedrooms are very traditional Japanese. The kitchen is large and easy to use. We have a coffee machine, rice cooker, screen with HDMI chord (adapter needed for your device) and blue tooth speaker for your use.
