Nice….super….Stephanie! The home is beautifully decorated with an eye for detail. The view is great! We felt incredibly comfortable. Everything was clean, nicely prepared, just a "home feeling". Stephanie sent so many great links, was easy to reach and very friendly! Of course, we were particularly pleased that we were allowed to bring our Miez, which also felt very comfortable as if it were at home. Dear Stephanie! The house is spacious and has a really nice layout. Rooms are big, and the bathroom is very comfortable. Perfect for our family of 4 and 2 friends. Some small downsides are the view from the garden, you overlook the valley with some industry and the highway is quite nearby, you can hear it from the garden. But we guess the garden would feel very different in spring and summer when the trees have all their leaves. We had some difficulties with the floor heating, but I'm am sure this will get fixed, since Yewgenija is a super host who went out of her way to answer our questions asap and is very open to suggestions on how to improve the house and the experience of her guests. The area is very nice for daytrips and walks and the Ahr and its small villages are certainly worth the trip, although I would rather recommend a visit outside of winter. Since the big flood of 2021 a lot has been done to rebuild the area and the Ahr-valley residents are very warm and welcoming to tourists!

The time in Koblenz was consistently positive. We had rented the place for almost three months and were very comfortable here. The apartment is very clean and very nicely decorated. The kitchen is perfectly equipped and the small garden ideal for spending the evenings outside. The apartment is very easy to reach, not far from the city center of Koblenz, but still in a quiet residential area. The neighborhood was very friendly and helpful. An associated parking space made parking no problem. Thank you for a great time!

Thank you for the hospitality! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was comfortably equipped as described, generously designed and sparkling clean. Check-in and communication were straightforward. The landlord was friendly, proactive and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back!

Really great house. We comfortably spent the Easter weekend here with 6 adults and dog. We didn't lack anything. The terrace landscape is huge and beautiful. There are beautiful, numerous hiking opportunities in the area.

A very pleasant stay at Kukunat, a perfect blend of art and nature. The checkin went smoothly, and the hosts were friendly and helpful. The rooms are well equipped and cozy. It truly felt like a little paradise, with a welcoming and open atmosphere. I can highly recommend it.

Our stay on New Year's Eve was great. We were over 20 people and were able to make good use of the various advantages of the accommodation. We were particularly impressed by the large living room and the master bedroom. Communication with Sascha was also great, he quickly answered the problems that arose (sauna did not get hot and Wi-Fi failed) and gave us the solutions. The only downside was that on the last night there was no more hot water and only two showers were available. Otherwise, the house is great for all groups who want to celebrate for a few nights.

This place was great, it was in a quiet location, had a parking space, there was an aldi or lidl near by, the place was fully equipped with everything, kitchen, fridge, dishes etc.

We had 3 very nice days in Anja's cozy little apartment. Anja is a very friendly host who always responded quickly to our requests. The surrounding area is simply stunning and offers great hikes! Anja's apartment is a very good starting point for this.

We stayed with Claudia for five days. Grandma, daughter, granddaughter and dog. Easy key handover, very nice apartment with everything you could ever need. Very nice scenery, right on the green, we were able to take nice walks, our dog could romp around without a leash. We were super relaxed. Highly recommended if you need peace and quiet from the everyday life.

A super cozy cottage, we felt right at home. It's all equipped. The garden around it is wonderful, plenty to see and discover, lots of places to laze or be active. The view is very nice and the immediate area is beautiful, perfect for hiking and e-biking. So: books! Don't regret it!

The place was great and very nice Good amenities, cozy furniture, but it was not the apartment as on the pictures, so an info would have been nice in advance. Otherwise, everything was great, there were cool drinks on the ground floor for a fair price. Easy check-in, dogs friendly and very quiet. Glad to come back

Beautiful and private location. Surrounded by wine vineyards and areas to walk, run and ride your bike. We spent a great time here. Andreas was always helpful and flexible in his support.
