Monthly Rentals in Kangaroo Island

Possum Ridge was a really private and peaceful retreat for our stay on Kangaroo Island. The bush surroundings were beautiful and the house very suited to our extended-family stay. We really appreciated all the facilities like TVs, BBQ, fully functioning kitchen, washing facility and many household amd pantry items available, such as kitchen items, condiments, washing and bathing needs. Plus upstairs and downstairs sitting areas which suited our multi-generation group. It was a pleasure to stay... many thanks.

Kev’s place was super amazing! They had all the little touches that really elevated our stay from maps/guide books, fresh eggs, and comfy bed. They had really thought of everything. The location was also superb! It’s close to the main town, Kingscote, which has the majority of the restaurants, grocery store and gas station. This was nice because it helped keep us off the roads once it got dark (by 6pm-ish) to avoid hitting Roos. I highly recommend staying here! We loved the home as well as the Roos in the yard every evening. 12/10 stars!!

Absolutely loved our stay at KOKUMI! Mark and Leanne have created something truly special. The view is simply breathtaking — one of those places where photos just can’t do it justice. The apartment is incredibly well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, down to the smallest detail. The terrace is an absolute dream — perfect for morning coffee, sunset drinks, or just soaking in the beauty of the surroundings. The absolute highlight? We spotted dolphins right from the terrace — an unforgettable moment that made our stay even more magical. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home. Mark and Leanne’s warm hospitality and thoughtful touches made all the difference. Communication was smooth, friendly, and super helpful from start to finish. This place is a gem, and we can’t wait to come back!

The cottage was perfect! Emu Bay is a great location on the island. The open living space was really nice with the wood heater and large windows. Lily was a great host and allowed us to check in a little early. The cottage was spotless and highly recommend staying here. Thanks for a great stay
