We have 200 acres of gorgeous property with limestone boulders and hiking trails throughout. The lake is great for swimming, kayaking, stand-up paddle boarding and offers excellent fishing. We are five minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs golf course and 3EX municipal airport. Relax, rejuvenate and play.

The Kelly Gallery Gardens were designed to bring people closer to nature. Located on the edge of Blue Valley River, with scenic views of open fields, sunrises, and wildlife. Our carriage house can sleep 1-6 people. Enjoy 10 acres of forests, a fishing pond, and private paths. Nature experiences held through BlueRiverForestExperience. org. Nature and Forest Therapy. The Modern KC Lake House

Welcome to the lake retreat in the heart of the city! Waking up to the sunrise on the water & watching the geese roam about is quite the morning delight. Spend your afternoon fishing off the dock or watching football on the patio which has a 65in outdoor tv, corn hole, & a smoker! Visit KC during the day & wind down at night with a cozy fire by the lake! **No kayaking or swimming is permitted. Guests are only allowed to access the lake via our private dock.

Private parking is within the back gate of the house!

The home is conveniently located approximately 5 minutes from KC Winery and 1 minute from Gardner Golf course. No parties or gatherings are to be held at the lake house.
