Our guest house is situated in the idyllic region of Ovacik village. Here you will find fresh and tasty artichokes in spring and sweet melons and delicious tomatoes in summer. Wine and olive oil have been produced for centuries in the area and you can enjoy long peaceful walks and fresh air even in the middle of summer. The agricultural area is dotted with characterful farmhouses nestled in between the fields. The public beach with its crystal clear water is within walking distance.

Our seafront house is equipped to the finest detail for you, our guests. Our 100 m2 garden is all covered by a convertible automatic awning. You can take advantage of this area in summer and winter depending on any weather. Our house consists of 3 rooms, 1 living room and an open kitchen. The bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and has full sea views. The floor is Italian marble and underfloor heated.

In our guesthouse located in the center of Urla Demircili, you will find yourself in a very tasteful living area with a wonderful garden just for your use, in the peace of village life and nature. Urla's natural bays with the most beautiful sea are just a 4-minute drive away. You can also go by bike if you wish.
