The apartment is centrally located, in a quiet neighborhood only 500 meters to the Kalmarsund Park's lovely swimming areas/ exercise tracks. The space Bedroom with double bed 180 cm ( 2 single beds 90 cm) In the living room there is a sofa, armchairs, TV and dining table with chairs. The kitchen is equipped with fridge freezer, microwave, stove, oven and other household utensils. Bathroom with shower. Lovely Balcony with outdoor furniture facing quiet garden.

Idyllic house with a lot of feeling on our property. Quiet and close to nature, yet close to much. 4 sleeping places on a shared sleeping loft/upstairs, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with washing machine. Approx. 4 km to swimming. 27 km to Kalmar/Ölandsbron 24 km to Mönsterås There are bedclothes, towels, soaps and toilet paper. Cleaning is done by the tenant, otherwise there will be a cleaning fee of SEK 500. The whole house is for the guests and warmly welcome to use the garden with outdoor furniture, swing, children's kitchen and trampoline.

Feel free to borrow the rowing boat to test the recognized fine fishing waters or borrow a bicycle to explore the nearby area. Hike along Kalmarsundsleden and feel the Småland history between stone walls, sea and cultivated landscape. Sofa/day bed that pulls out to a double bed and a wide loft bed with ladder. Modern stuga endast 15 meter från stranden och bryggan som leder dig ut i havet. Boendet som byggdes 2019 ligger naturskönt på Dunö cirka 10 min (bil) söder om Kalmar. Stugan innefattar 25 kvm golv + 10kvm sovloft och har ett fullt utrustat kök samt badrum med dusch. Närhet till motionsspår och flertalet andra badplatser och bryggor. Only 15 meters from the ocean and 10 minutes from central Kalmar you find this newly built cottage. Modern amenities close to the best of nature.

Peace and privacy in Norra Bäck, about 3 km from the eastern coastal road. In the centre of Öland, only 20 minutes from the Öland Bridge. Jöns-Lasses is a converted farm named after the carpenter and blacksmith Jöns Larsson. Much has been preserved since the 19th century. Now we rent out so that more people can enjoy this fantastic place. Large lush garden and courtyard and free access to the meadow next to the farm. A real time travel with historical details! Newly renovated and easy summer room on our 19th century farm 30 km north of Kalmar. We offer a simple accommodation in an idyllic Småland landscape. In the room there is electricity, wifi, newly cleaned outdoor toilet and possibility to borrow bicycles. Fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee maker available. Six kilometers east is Kalmarsund and the shopping Pataholm. Cat, chickens and cows are close by.
