Lovely Cottage on the country. For those who want to take it easy and enjoy nature. Lots off wild animals a round the farm. You will see Moos, Deer, Fox and lots off birds, in the early spring and late summer. The autumn gives lots off berries and mushrooms , free to pick for every one. On the farm, besides me, I have a dog, Shadow and 3 cats, Saga, Timjan and Bassilika, 2 horses, Grace and Cash and some chickens. This is one of the most beautiful place on earth, you really have to see this.

Privat soldäck med solsängar, loungegrupp och deluxe jacuzzi. Det finns också två st dubbelkajaker med plats för totalt fyra personer samt två st SUP:ar, allt ingår. Perfekt för barnfamiljer eller om man vill komma bort från staden ett tag. Lysvik ligger 3 km bort med affär och förbindelser. Välkomna

House by the lake / Hus vid Vänern

House 40 meters from lake Vänern. Completely renovated during 2018. A small boat can be used by the guest. (not during november-april due to ice) Equipped with all modern things like AC, fiber internet, etc. There is one double bed in the main bedroom. In the guest room there is 2 beds. An inflatable bed could be used if you need more beds. There is also a small guest house with a room. You can relax, take a swim or walk in the forest. It’s as relaxing during summer as during winter.

Välkommen till lugna Råtorp. Beläget ungefär 3km ifrån Karlstads centrum. Bostaden ligger på markplan med egen ingång. 160cm säng finns samt en bäddsoffa med två platser vardera. Busshållplats ligger med 1-2minuters gångavstånd från boendet som tar dig in till stan på 7 minuter. Busslinjen går även hela vägen upp till Karlstads universitetet. Med en 15 minuters promenad över den nya bron tar du dig enkelt till Löfbergs lila arena. Boendet har en gratis parkeringsplats och wifi.

Close to golf courses, hockey arena, sports arenas, equestrian club, forests, water, and beaches. Explore Lake Vänern’s archipelago in summer with public boat busses or rental boat. A bus stop is 1 minute stroll away with great connections to Karlstad. Perfect for relaxation and adventure!

The apartment is located in Lorensberg, a calm and friendly neighbourhood with walking distance to both the city centre and campus, and is perfect for the busy tourist as well as a new student at the booming Karlstad University. The house used to be home to multiple families, and so the apartment comes fully equiped with a kitchen as well as a private bathroom and is closed off from the rest of the house with it’s own entrance. No smoking.
