The Nishimura Residence is a traditional Nara machiya townhouse over 110 years old.In 2019, I renovated “Grandma’s house,” where I spent a lot of time as a child, and opened it as an inn.Since the Nara machiya has been preserved in its original state, it has many inconveniences and is not a luxurious hotel where everything is provided. 　Instead, I believe there is no better place than Nara-cho to soak up the ‘comfortable rusticity’ that permeates the town.In the hope of helping guests ‘reflect and recover’ in an environment away from the hustle and bustle of the station area, we provide books in the room and a vegetarian breakfast.(You can purchase almost all of the books in the room.) 　Please spend tonight in the tranquillity of the Nishimura residence and Nara-cho, listening to the voice of your own heart.

The kitchen and bathroom have been renovated for a pleasant stay. The nearest station is Oji Station on the JR Line (18 minutes from Osaka Tennoji Station). It is about a 20-minute bus ride from Oji Station. If you are coming by train, we will pick you up at the nearest station. The last pick-up time is 7:00 PM. After that, please use the bus. There is a lovely hot spring nearby, or you can walk there. There is a barbecue facility in the garden. Convenient access to Kyoto, Osaka, Nara, Koyasan, and Yoshino.

Asuka no yado is a Vacation Rental located in the center of Asuka Village, Takaichi County, Nara Prefecture. This is a small house with a small garden and porch. The building has been fully renovated. There is a mini kitchen, a bathroom with a bathtub, and a clean toilet. Please lay out futon and sleep at night. It’s reserved exclusively for one group per day. With partner, family, group. Of course, solo guests are also welcome.
