Vacation rentals in Shinjuku City

“One of the cleanest and quietest places I`ve stayed in the Tokyo area. It`s conveniently close by the Hatagaya station, Family Mart, 7-11, and right by the corner of two 24hr food places, SGusto and Matsuya. (Helpful if you hit a night on the town and need some late night food). The area itself has a lot of hidden gems. The rooms are nice, clean, and modestly decorated with, what looked like, Muji apparel. The doors use a no-key system, and are electronic using touch-locks. The common space was nice to lounge in, and every floor has a refrigerator at the end of the hall to store a few items for all guests, conveniently labeled by room number. I think one of the nicest touches, which I haven`t experienced at other Airbnbs, is that the hosts want to meet you and greet you upon check-in. One of them will schedule a time to stop-by to say hello and tell you a little about Port House and the area. I will happily stay here again in the future :).”

“I enjoyed my stay at her place very much. The location is very good. Hatagaya is close to Shinjuku and you can walk to her place from Hatagaya station in about 5 minutes. Room is clean. I would love to come back here and I highly recommend staying here.”

“Jay's place was great. It's in a great location very close to Higashi-Shinjuku station, and tons of shops and restaurants in the vicinity. The apartment is fairly small and narrow, but that's typical for Tokyo, and the apartment is arranged in a very thoughtful way so that you have everything you need and never feel cramped. The bed was very comfortable and everything (WiFi, AC, etc.) worked as promised. Jay was also very helpful in helping me retrieve a laptop charger that I left behind. Would definitely recommend staying here!”
