Newly renovated, modern apartment (70 m²) with Hercules view and magnificent views over Kassel on the 2nd floor of a half-timbered house. Two spacious, cozy rooms can accommodate 1-4 guests and are perfect for a short break in the Hessian mountains, home office, business travelers, families. Quiet, green surroundings with good access to hiking and cycling trails in the region. The bus stop is a 5-minute walk. Kassel city center with a wide range of cultural activities can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

House on two levels on our farm. First floor: Equipped kitchen. In the living room there is a couch (fold-out), a dining table, TV and a wood-burning stove for cold winter days and a bathroom with shower. The bedroom is reached via a ladder. A large bed (180 × 200) and a normal bed (90 × 200) as well as another bathroom with a bathtub are available. In front of the house is a construction site. Parking in front of the main house, Wi-Fi and satellite TV available. No dogs allowed!

The spacious bathroom has a bathtub. The apartment is in a 2-family house with 3 cats.

Good location for hikes and excursions in beautiful Eichsfeld. Super climbing walls within walking distance (13 min.) with 63 routes, difficulty level 5-9+.
